Pros: Friendly staff trying to deliver the car that was promised. They work on weeknds
Cons: Long wait times , literally 1.5 hour on a Sunday to get my car. No additional when there such wait lines.

Pros: Received a call from Alamo that the car we requested was not available and that the reservation would not be honored.

Cons: After calling to confirm that the SUV was available, I arrive at Alamo site to discover that there are no cars available. The only SUV had a check engine light on and it was too risky to take a family vacation in such a vehicle.

Car not available when promised
Cons: SUV was not available when promised, had several conversations with Office to get clarity. When we arrive to pick up the car we were told it was not available although there were several in the lot promised to other renters; we were given an inadequate replacement; The smell of air freshener stayed in the car for five days and was very unpleasant
