Staff was great and pick up and drop off were simple and quick.Cons:
Vehicle had been smoked in heavily and the perfume smell of deodorizer did not help. Gas tank was not truly full.8.0 Very good

had requested a 1pm pickup and was reprimanded for being 1 hour late...service desk told me I had a 12pm pickup. the location is very small with only 1 attendant and apparently this delayed their lunch.10.0 Wonderful

Pickup and drop off was easy and very convenient. Martha, the staff at the front desk was very courteous and helpful as well.Cons:
I would have expected no additional charges for dropping off the car at Dulles airport instead of Herndon, especially since I had rented the car for more than a month. However, because of the additional charge, I had to drop it off at Herndon instead of the airport.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
The budget office I used was in Herndon, VA. I'd reserved a compact car the week before and when I walked in to the office, I was the only customer. The agent who helped me was great. Got me in and out of the office in like 5 minutes. The car was a compact (Ford Focus?) and was clean, roomy enough for my needs and got good gas mileage. I kept it for a couple weeks, and when I returned it, I got the same level of customer service as before. (Actually, the same agent!) -For me, and this rental experience - I'll happily use this budget office againAvis

When I arrived, they informed me that they didn't have any cars. I said I made a reservation and asked why no one called me to tell me that. After explaining that I needed the one way rental to make a flight in Baltimore, they allowed me to take a car that was in waiting to get an oil change. I ended up with an SUV when my reservation was for an economy so there was a sliver lining. Just a lot of unnecessary stress during pickup. I understand them getting cars was out of their control but I would have appreciated a courtesy call that morning so I could have made other arrangements.10.0 Wonderful
