The staff, both when I picked up and when I returned the car, were professional and courteous. Especially important during these pandemic times, the crew at the Enterprise made me feel comfortable. I will definitely come here again when I need to rent a car.2.0 Poor

The branch was closed due to covid. I had booked weeks ago and still to this day, kayak, enterprise and pricelines websites all say this branch is open. I ubered to this branch, it was closed and proceline said all they could do for me was cancel my reservatuon which meant i was still left without a rental car. I had to quickly uber to a further enterprise to get a car costing me a couple of hours and $30 in u planned ubers.3.6 Poor

The car was filthy. I wiped everything down and was told they santize it before we took the car. The car also had cigarette burns on the seat and stains on the seat. I was extremely concerned about the dirtiness of the car. I hope I don’t get covid 195.6 Fair
