The staff, both when I picked up and when I returned the car, were professional and courteous. Especially important during these pandemic times, the crew at the Enterprise made me feel comfortable. I will definitely come here again when I need to rent a car.

NothingThe branch was closed due to covid. I had booked weeks ago and still to this day, kayak, enterprise and pricelines websites all say this branch is open. I ubered to this branch, it was closed and proceline said all they could do for me was cancel my reservatuon which meant i was still left without a rental car. I had to quickly uber to a further enterprise to get a car costing me a couple of hours and $30 in u planned ubers.

The car was filthy. I wiped everything down and was told they santize it before we took the car. The car also had cigarette burns on the seat and stains on the seat. I was extremely concerned about the dirtiness of the car. I hope I don’t get covid 19

EhIt was an ok carI returned the car less than an hour late, but it's 5 minutes before closing. Did I really deny them a full day's worth of renting out the car? No, but they took a day's worth of money. Real fuckin' nice

A good choice in the face of torrential rainsI was going to be driving in heavy rains. My category of vehicles was not available at the Enterprise location (this often happens and I wonder why one bothers making reservations three weeks prior if they don't have the car available, like the funny "Seinfeld" episode). So, I was upgraded to a Mustang convertible but perhaps not going to be used to its full advantage because of the rain. Originally wanting a SUV I was perhaps better off with a vehicle with a lower center of gravity that provided more stability on wet roads and windswept conditions.The Mustang apparently has a flaw: the rear passenger window seems to drop slightly. After driving off with the car, I noticed the window being ajar allowed rain and wind into the interior. I had to pull over and fix the window several times because it would not stay closed. The car rental place gave me a discount for the inconvenience.

excellent serviceOrdered through 3rd party travel site and registered the wrong location. Enterprise Associate onsite was extremely helpful in correcting the error and getting me on my way.

Service people were excellent, everything worked well.access to the gas tank requiring the driver door to remain open during fillup was a design flaw of the manufacturer, not the fault of rental car.
