Pros: I picked up the car at a remote office and dropped it back off at O'Hare Airport with no problems at either location. The car was clean and the service I received was pleasant. The price I was quoted was exactly what the final bill ended up being.

cheap and rude, on everything
Cons: Girl at desk was really rude
understandable there were policies to apply
according to situation where they would not accept
temp. DL, however the way she directed at me to explain,
was literally as if I was another of his dumb coworkers who know
all the stupid rules the company set.
She did not bother to tell me the reason till I ask, and did not provide any help on cancelaltion, had to call a person to help me over the phone and then she just confirmed what the person told me, so she enjoyed me going through the hassle of making the call for something she could have told me in less than a minute.
Never ever going back to this company

Filthy car and poor service
Pros: Easy pick up and drop off
Cons: The car was very dirty inside and out..There were very visible stains in all seats..no attempt to clean them..when I asked for a different car, they claim they didn't have one..it was a 2017 and the hands free would not connect to my Samsung phone or my husband's. The attendant didn't know how to fix it , kind of just stood there like he was in the twilight zone, then just walked away and left the passenger door open. Just horrible service.
