Pros: They were Very Helpful! When I ask a question She was Very Knowledgeable in other words she knew what she was talking about. I've been to places were I've ask a question about the renal Car and returning the car the person said Oh I didn't mean That I Meant This!!! Short wait to receive the Car! And being a Holiday Week we had a Very Nice Car. My Overall Review would be EXCELLENT:}

Ask more questions and look after your money!
Pros: Pick up and drop off were fine, car was ok, just as we expected. We rented a car for one week firs, then we called and extended our rental for 4 more days. But when we dropped off the car we got a receipt with charges for two full weeks. When we asked why, we were told what no matter how many days of the week we used the car, they will charge for a full week anyway, Than my husband asked to get this car back, so we can use it for 3 more days since we paid for it anyway, Herts agents refused , saying our rental is over. We got no car and were charged for it anyway. So watch for your money, ask how much you will be charged and get it in written too!
Cons: Overcharges without warnings or explanation.

Hertz does not honor kayaks rate
Cons: What's the point of planning ahead and booking if when you get there for pick up there is no car available. There is no car available at all, not only at this location but all surrounding locations. I was there for over 2hours until finally getting a car. I missed my meetings and had to reschedule. It was a mess.

Terrible customer service and broken down car
Pros: Car had great trunk space that's why I rented that particular make/model -Hyundai accent
Cons: Well the young woman at the Norwalk location was extreamly rude, when I asked about extending my rental she said I couldn't do that. That after my rental was up I'd have to pay $98/day which made no sense since I could have canceled my rental and created a new rental at a cheaper price. I had to contact hertz directly to correct this and the helpful person on the phone extended my rental in seconds with no issues. However the car broke down less than 2 days so I had to unpack all my things (I'm moving across the country) and repack it all which was very time consuming and annoying.
Pros: The kind people at Enterprise in Encino saved me from Kayak's complete lack of customer service.
Cons: From the moment I made the reservation, there was a HUGE problem. When I was asked "where would you like to rent from?", I typed in LAX, and since I had never been to LA before, when the first place to make a reservation came up, I did not think twice that the reservation might actually be in a completely different place. It would have helped enormously if there were a few words at the top of the screen that said "no cars available at LAX, but here are a few other options", but there was NOTHING; NO indication from Kayak that they were not offering me what I had asked for. When I got to the Enterprise check in counter at LAX (at 2:00 am- due to a delayed flight- with my 5 year old in tow), I was told that "you didn't make your reservation with us, you made it with another Enterprise 25 minutes from here". Furthermore, there were no cars for me to rent from the airport, as they would be sold out until the following Tuesday (which was probably why I was not allowed to rent from LAX in the first place). I was in total shock. I had realized - after a three hour delay, and flying cross-country that I had been part of a "bait and switch" car rental scam. And although the people at LAX Enterprise "would love to help me", I was out of luck as the other Enterprise had closed. I WILL NEVER USE KAYAK AGAIN!

Easy and fast service
Pros: I loved the fact that all the Employees was really nice and helpful. Service was quickly and simple. They allow me to choose the car I wanted. As soon my i purchased online , get there within 10 min and drove off within 15min. It was perfect. Love it it was easy and fast.
Cons: Paperwork took too much time. A lot of unnecessary paperwork presented. The agency demands $500 deposit, which they claim to apply to damage and or tickets, so they ar already assuming .....
