Pros: The single overworked staff member was very pleasant and competent.Cons: Hire more staff at this location! You can never get through on the phone and will be serviced by a single person (multiple visits - this was the case). Interior of the building was antiquated and dirty.

Worst experience everPros: NothingCons: Car was dirty, smelled, back seats were sticky had to go to the car wash wash the car, clean the inside of the windshield, tires were poor. Car had an annoying vibration from bad tires three different types of tires on the car and got pulled over in another state bcc tyre played expired in 2017

Pros: The Vero Beach, FL staff was both friendly and helpful. Even though she was really busy she was professional and helpful.Cons: It would have nice to have a shuttle service to take me home after I dropped off the car. I live in town and fairly close to the drop-off location.

Pros: Car drove wellCons: trying to get a hold of anyone at the LAX Budget was impossible. Circular phone promts just for a simple question. Also, the Indiana Budget guy said if we returned the car a day early, that we'd get a day off of our payment and I didn't see reflected in our bill after we dropped off the vehicle.

Pros: Car was decent, but not anything I would take on a trip again.Cons: They did not have the car class I wanted so I paid an extra $20 to "upgrade" or drive a nasty little car. Also, the agent told me I was covered with the insurance but it was marked as denied coverage in the box. We had a little discussion about that. Next time I go to an airport and pay more and be sure of what I am getting.

I'm returning for sure...Pros: Greg and Eric customer service was absolutely great! I loved the price and the features in the vehicle I rented. I loved how updated the 15 passenger van is...the backup camera was awesome! It made parking a vehicle of this size a breeze. I loved how easy it was for the passengers to get in and out of the vehicle. It made it very easily accessible for my mother, aunts and uncles to get in and out, especially since a few have physical disabilities.Cons: I wished it came with satellite radio...although it came with a USB so you can plug in your phone...but it would of been a nice feature, and possibly a tv for the passengers...especially if you are taking along road trip. Not necessary but would be a great added feature.

Horrible Customer ServicePros: The customer service agent was discreet when telling me that the soft credit check done at the counter, which I was not aware of prior to the rental, would not allow me to rent the car. Prior to this incident, I had never had a problem renting from Budget.Cons: I waited for nearly 20 minutes to check in for the car rental. After being told I couldn't rent the car with my debit card (due to the credit check), I was going to use my credit card but had to transfer funds to it for the additional deposit required for the rental. However I had gotten a ride to the rental center with the anticipation that I was renting the car, so my ride left. I needed to go one and a half to two blocks to make the money transfer onto my credit card but no one could give me a ride to save time, because the office was closing in 20 minutes. Furthermore, I said that I would walk and should be back before the office closed. They adamantly stated they would not wait. Really?! After waiting nearly 20 minutes to check in for the rental, but was not allowed the opportunity or the courtesy to take a few minutes to do what was necessary to rent the car after being totally inconvenienced. To add insult to injury, I had to call Uber to pick me up! The customer service at this location is truly lacking!!!

Pros: The office seemed a bit understaffed so I didn't have to wait long I felt bad for the guy behind the counter, he was very nice but he seemed like he could use another person to help he seemed very stressed and tired although he was very very nice and kind.Cons: The only issue I had was when I return my rental. It's not even a very significant issue because I had paid for the unlimited mileage but when I dropped off my rental after only having had it 4 days, I was told that I had put fifteen hundred plus miles on the car and that wasn't anywhere even remotely true. I couldn't find the paper that listed the mileage when I got the car but I guarantee that I drove no more than 150 to 200 miles period again it wasn't really an issue I just thought it was very strange that this happened must be a crossed wire somewhere.

Called them the day before picking up the rental, told me they didn't have one available.Cons: They didn't call me. Rate quoted was almost 3 times higher than Enterprise which was able to provide the convertable

Cons: We went to pick up our van and they said they have been trying for two days to get one. They couldn't get us one so we went to enterprise and had to get a suburban for 1325 dollars over twice the price. Avis said to send them the bill and they will send us a check for 500 dollars. With that vehicle gas was more and the 500 don't make up for our original rental price. real disappointed.
