Cons:I specifically rented a cargo van because I needed to move furniture. When I arrived to pick up the car, the staff told me they did not have a cargo van available - and the only vehicle they could give me was an old, worn-out minivan. As a result, I was not able to complete the move as planned. Further, the staff was not helpful in any fashion and simply told me there was nothing else they could do - it was a take or leave it situation. They made little effort to address the obvious error that had been made with my reservation.
Cons:The vehicle I reserved was not available - so I was forced to take another vehicle. The staff was very unapologetic and said the problem occurs - and i had no choice other than to take the car they offered. It was a very disappointing experience.
Pros:They first gave me a car that had the smell of cigarette smoke but switched it out without any problems.
Pros:The staff and the branch was rude and left me on the phone for over an hour trying to get a resolution.

Pros:I experienced problems with low tire pressure in the passenger front tire each day of my trip and had to constantly find a gas station to fill up the air but Stephanie made sure to take care of me when I returned the vehicle. Great customer care.
Pros:They had the car I wanted at a reasonable price. Reservation was easy and accurate. Service at pick-up and return was helpful, efficient and quick. I was happy all the way around.
Cons:The salesman at the front desk was terribly rude to me. I conservatively scheduled my pickup time at noon, but didn't get there until around 12:30 since my flight was a bit delayed. I never got a confirmation call from them. When I got there, they said it would take 20 minutes to clean the car and bring it over. After waiting for over an hour, I asked him why it was taking so long since I scheduled my pickup for noon. He rudely blamed me and said that since I wasn't there right at noon they gave my car away to another customer which was why it was taking so long. I was seriously offended by his terrible customer service.
Cons:i requested a car at the Salt Lake City airport, but they changed the pick up location since they had sold out at the airport. It was not clear that the location had changed and it was very inconvenient.
Cons:I chose a satellite office because I had transportation from the airport and it was walking distance from my lodging. When I arrived they didn't have a ca for me and they told me it was because I was late. Since I really didn't need it until the next day I offered to come back in the morning and we agreed on 10:30. I arrived at 10:15 because I didn't want to be late. They didn't have a car for me and said one was on the way if I could come back in an hour or so. I had breakfast and came back and still no car. I then vented a bit and cancelled my reservation and chose another rental car company.
Pros:From the beginning to the end these folks rocked. Because our orignal was not quite yet ready when we arrived, we recieved an upgrade free. The car we got was perfect. We put on some serious miles and never once had a problem. When we arrived early to return our car on of the guys happily called a taxi for us on his personal phone. No hiďden charges and no hard sell for insurance and extras. Great place. Save yourself a bunch of money and take a taxi from the airport to this location.

Cons:We booked a premium car and when we got there to pick it up there were no cars available. Our reservation was for 10am because we were going out of town. They said “maybe at 2:30” very disappointing! They left us stranded! Will never rent from them again. Awful service.

Cons:Absolute nightmare to work with these people. Rude customer service. Sneaky people trying to find any fault with the car to charge the insurance. Had to fill in paperwork because of a tiny rock chip. Good luck getting a hold of anyone to make any changes to the reservation. Ruined our vacation.

Cons:We were going to be given a Subaru Outback as a standard size SUV. There is no way that that car qualifies as a SUV, let alone standard size. They had no other cars they could rent us. The excuse was that that was the car that was set up in Budgets "list" of approved cars for that class. If that is the case, then Budget really needs to review their list. The desk agent was nice enough, but one of the workers that came in reeked of smoke and was not very pleasant to her when she had asked him if the full size SUV (an actual full size one, a GMC Yukon I believe) was available. He got a bit gruff and said that we could have it if we only wanted it one day since it needed an oil change and some other work.

Pros:Nothing wrong with the car. Only problem was I couldn't use the insurance I was offered during my Kayak check out at a discount. Don't buy insurance that Budget doesn't recognize!!
Cons:I didn't like the fact Kayak offered me insurance at a discount only to find out at the counter Budget would not honor the insurance I purchased through Kayak!! That should be disclosed by Kayak at the time of rental. I feel I was ripped off.

Cons:Budget added their insurance to the rental fee. It ended up being very expensive!
