The first car was broken, vibrated/shock-likely something wrong with the tires. The second car they gave was filthy, the trunk had bananas, grocery bags, wrapping paper, old masks. They had no cars available for pick-up at my 11am pick-up time - claimed they had to be washed. Said it would take two hours to get it done. They didn't even realize I was going to be picking up a car. I needed the car to get to an appointment across the state, so I canceled the reservation. Also, the attendant on site was not very friendly, barely courteous. Didn't seem like he wanted to be there at all, and had zero concern for my need to have a vehicle. Not at all apologetic.Thrifty
