Not Bad, But I Could've Saved Myself Some Time & M
Pros: The customer service agent was polite, but his explanation of the gas policy was confusing.
The car was very clean.
Due to my ex-wife completely destroying my credit, I will continue to use Hertz or Budget, as opposed to Enterprise & Avis, since you allow me to use a debit card.
Cons: Ultimately MY fault for not knowing, but I was unaware that USAA members received a 25% discount. Seeing that the location that I rented from was right next to a naval base, and I paid WITH a USAA debit card, it would've been nice if the agent brought it to my attention. I'm technically homeless & without a job, so every dollar counts!
I was also unaware of the complimentary pick-up service (I overheard the agent talking about it on the phone). That would've been nice to know before my 5 mile walk to your location.
