Pros: The gentlemen that helped me was terrific! I love the prices and the gentlemen with the goatee definitely made the experience even better. I did not remember his name which upsets me, but he had a shaved head and a goatee. I will for sure use budget again because of him.

A few hiccups
Pros: Staff were friendly and courteous
Cons: My reserved vehicle wasn't available, had to pay increased fee, then at drop off they also tried to up charge me again for $65.00
Pros: Pickup was totally easy. I called to tell them I would be a couple of hours late picking up and they assured me that it was not a problem and the car was waiting. Pleasure doing business.

Awful customer service
Pros: Check in was acceptable, it didn't take long to receive the car, and it had a full tank of gas.
Cons: Upon opening the center console, I found trash from the previous renter that included food remains. when I ran into an issue, and immediately brought it to Avis' attention, they were not willing to help me. The Avis retail stated, "you need to contact corporate," while Corporate stated, "your local representatives should be able to help you with this." The corporate customer service agents were rude and unwilling to help resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction, or at minimum, customer contentment.

Pros: The customer service agent was polite, but his explanation of the gas policy was confusing.
The car was very clean.
Due to my ex-wife completely destroying my credit, I will continue to use Hertz or Budget, as opposed to Enterprise & Avis, since you allow me to use a debit card.
Cons: Ultimately MY fault for not knowing, but I was unaware that USAA members received a 25% discount. Seeing that the location that I rented from was right next to a naval base, and I paid WITH a USAA debit card, it would've been nice if the agent brought it to my attention. I'm technically homeless & without a job, so every dollar counts!
I was also unaware of the complimentary pick-up service (I overheard the agent talking about it on the phone). That would've been nice to know before my 5 mile walk to your location.

Pros: There wasn't anything I liked about the experience of dealing with Hertz.
Cons: The service was poor at pick up and drop off. The was delivered dirty, inside and out. The car was delivered with less than a quarter tank of gas. The car had a terrible front end tire shake in the first ten miles. When I called the main number the only concern of the person had was the amount of gas it had if I exchanged it.
