Pros: Rental price was very low for a one-way reservation.
Cons: Pickup took over 30 minutes. Car wasn't ready / available, even though I came at the time stated in reservation.

Great staff, great car...location dicey
Pros: Brand-new car in excellent condition; friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: The location is dicey. My cab driver who dropped me off asked me twice if I was sure I had the right location and didn't want to let me out of the car! There is no sign and it looked like I was being dropped off at an abandoned garage.

Cons: Off site counter closed 5 minutes before flight landed. Hertz charges $300 more for airport counter pickup.

Cons: There were a LOT of fees added on after the fact. I was quoted $173 on Kayak but the rental ended up being over $270.

I WAS CHARGED FOR AN ADDITIONAL DAY
Pros: The customer service reps at both locations, South Windham, CT and Sullivant Ave in Columbus, OH, were extremely helpful and courteous. The car was clean and got me to where I needed to go.
Cons: I do not appreciate the fact that I was charged an additional day of rental. This is an error. I will be calling your corporate hq to have the erroneous charges removed from my account.

Easiest cleanest rental
Pros: They gave me a great car and it took maybe 3 minutes to pick up. Friendly staff great service great vehicle.
Cons: I called to change my reservation to pick it up about 7 hours before I originally wanted to and was told there would be no issue. I talked to 3 customer service people who were clueless and basically said I couldn't, or said the price would be totally different, before being connected to the guy behind the desk at the location I was picking up at. This guy understood what I wanted, made the change and charged me less than the others said I'd be paying! Train your customer service people to match your front desk people and you'll be much better off.

Pros: efficient and found a car less $$$ than the other companies that I had reserved but had NO car now after I arrived/// .
Cons: Worst service ever will never use again they call you back at last minute tell me they have nothing to offer other then small car well 3 kids and a wife dont work in a match box car had to book with another company

Cons: Made a reservation 2 months in advance for a car as we were driving a long distance, we were given a jeep while watching another customer without a reservation drive off with the exact make and model of car we reserved. Had to go back in as the reservation was put under the "other driver" which would have made insurance a nightmare had anything happened. Made for a more expensive trip as gas cost is way more then a car would have .... was all just a nightmare

My reservation got cancelled by enterprsie
Cons: I reserved a car on Friday March 10th for Saturday March 11th. As I was leaving the home they called me and told me they have no available cars. Thus, I both missed my trip (which means missing my spring break) and the insurance cost which I had paid to Kayak
Cons: 1. Too much upselling and attempting to make what you've already booked online at a certain price appear as a discount by saying that the vehicle you requested is actually more but that they've chosen to give you a deal. To be honest, a bit disappointing and mildly insulting. Also, there was a great effort to downplay the value / benefit of the third parties (kayak) insurance package over that offered by the company itself. Having stated that I had already purchased full coverage I was still sort of brow beaten into purchasing their package.
In the end I regret not having just said no thank you to anything extra. Upon reflection I probably should have just cancelled my booking altogether when it became apparent that it was deviating from what I'd already booked. I paid way too much for my experience.
Cons: Car had strong smell of cigarettes. Car had no full tank, but unfortunately had no time to report it. When I returned the car staff tried to charge me extra money because tank was not full. Luckily I had with me the receipt from gas station...

Friendly Service From Start to Finish
Pros: Both sides of the trip, the service was top notch. Friendly when I signed up, and amazing when I arrived at 9:58, for a 10pm return, that I was going to get dinged. I didn't, and I was allowed to fill up the tank. Amazing customer service from start to finish.
