They gave me a broken car the first time. I didn't realize it until I was on the highway 20 miles out of town. The second car they gave me smelled awful like smoke and was filthy dirty.

I had a great driver named Rick. He did the first run. I wanted him to take to airport but another person got the ride first. Is there a way to ask for particular driver??

They tried to remedy the mistakes they made

Cons:

Understaffed and overwhelmed location. Car was not ready till half an hour after the pick up time. Agent made 3 mistake on my rental contract: wrong check out time, wrong fuel level and wrong check in time.

Pros:

I booked a car rental for the Columbus Airport. When I arrived at the Enterprise desk, they told me my rental was across town. I asked for help to get across town or get the car to me (no longer an enterprise offering), but the desk clerk basically said "nope, you're on your own". Kayak also provided no additional help. I rented from Avis desk, don't know why I would use Kayak again
