Pros: Perfect location! Quick shuttle from airport to facility, courteous drivers and super easy return.Cons: A bit disorganized upon arrival to get car. Having Avis Preferred status helped but it would be great if they could handle busy times better.

Pros: Price was good compared to other rates for a minivanCons: Pick up was a disaster. Understaffed and chaotic environment. Stood in line for an hour at 11 pm Car brakes were a problem not sure what was the issue but they needed maintenance.

Great van for HawaiiPros: The van was clean and nice and easy to drive. Picking up and dropping off the van was an easy process. The Budget sales person was kind and helpful.Cons: I didn't like that there weren't enough vehicles to rent in Hawaii.

Pros: The staff was so nice and friendly. I had to wait about 5 minutes before I spoke to an agent which was fine. Then we had about a 8 minute wait till the car arrived. It was clean and good for us.Cons: I’m not sure I agree with the “film the car as insurance that you got it in this condition”. In Maui I had a real person with a different company and I like that more.

Pros: Clean, good-working car. Drop off was easy and quick.Cons: Picking up the car took over an hour. The staff was friendly but did not seem very concerned about getting people taken care of in a timely manner.

Pros: The staff was helpful and nice. The drop off took a longer. The hand-held machine did not read my return so I had to go to reception to check-in.

Pros: Staff was great. Drop off was easy. Shuttle drivers were friendly.Cons: The front passenger seat had spill stains on it and the car was malodorous for a short while if we left it locked up for very long in the heat w the windows rolled up.

Cons: I reserved a car 4 weeks out and when I arrived to pick up my car, they were out of cars and had no estimated time for me to get the car I reserved. They called me back hours later to tell me, at the end of a day when I had plans that I had to cancel, that they had found me a minivan, I reserved a full size sedan, that they could rent me, at the minivan rate. Absolute poor planning by their corporate folks, who think reservations are merely suggestions, it seems.
