5 locations in Kīhei
Pros:No pressure for insurance or upgrades. Love it.
Cons:They changed operating hours without notice.
Pros:Super affordable, great value.
Cons:Pick up and drop off service would have been nice. We would have happily paid more to not have to deal with Uber.
Pros:This being our first trip to Maui, I was unfamiliar with the island. When I made the reservation, I didn't realize the reservation was for Kihei. When we got to the Kahalui location near the airport, we learned of mistake. But they worked quickly to find something local and get us on our way. While we walked to the car for the inspection, we had a downpour. The agent hopped into the car with us while he reviewed the terms, etc. We had a good laugh and were on our way!
Cons:Not only did Kayak arrange the Enterprise location 20 miles AWAY from the airport, but the Enterprise at the airport would not even honor the price given in the Kayak reservation. It's the same freaking company! And when the guy tried to find the same kind of car for us at the airport, he hid from us the fact that the price would be twice as much. He just said "you'll just have to pay airport fees and taxes, if that's okay." I said "yeah sure." and then we find out the price is ridiculous.
Pros:Pricing and service at Azeka Mall location. Car was in clean condition.
Cons:Bad location at Airport drop-off.

8.0 Very good
Pros:We were able to book a car for the next day. The rate was high but given the rates in Hawaii currently, better than most others I found. The car was nice, the location was convenient and the drop off was very pleasant and smooth.
Cons:Attendant at pick up was a little gruff but we did get there right at opening. The attendant at drop off couldn’t have been more expensive pleasant.
Pros:Great customer service. Friendly reps.
Cons:Car shortage on the island is driving the prices so high that the car costs more than the hotel but hopefully that will improve when more cars become available.
Pros:Staff were rude
Cons:Disappointed that our reservation was not what we were quoted
Pros:The staff was very friendly and helpful. she was the highlight of the experience.
Cons:The car was very average. Several years old and worn.
Pros:Clean, smooth ride, hands-free audio, rear back-up video camera
Cons:Only rental available on the island soncost >$500 for the week .

Pros:The woman working there was very polite, but most importantly, very quick. Easiest car rental experience by far!
Pros:Giving the car back and realizing we would never use them again.
Cons:They forced us to buy insurance even after I explained we didn't need it or want it. The excuse was "well, this is the only way to get you the upgrade." We didn't want an upgrade, only the car we had booked. We waited for almost an hour to pick up our car and there only 5 people in front of us. When we returned the car, Budget's line was over 3.5 hours long and counting. If you value your vacation time and money, don't rent from here.
