Pros:
The staff was friendly and helpful.Cons:
They noticed a hole in the driver's seat but did not record it. The staff in Alexandria claimed that I needed to pay for the hole, even though it is quite clear that the tiny hole in the seat is very old. She claims that there is no record. I would like signed affidavits from the staff that they saw the hole before even got into the car.2 locations in Washington
