Enterprise is the best!
Pros: I have always had a great experience with the three local offices that I have used - Cambridge on New Street, Watertown on Arsenal, and now Newton. They are very friendly and get you on the road quickly. And I love when they check up to see how the car was. Great service all around and I will choose Enterprise over other car rental companies even if it is a little more because their efficiency is worth it.

Cons: Manager nickel and dimed me after I returned w extra gas. I was going to rent again next day but didn't as a result of her attitude. I just asked for a little extra gas on next rental.

Pros: The staff at the drop-off location in Needham, MA dropped me off at the commuter rail station nearby after I returned the rental. I really appreciated this; they were quite nice and appreciated the fact that I had to get there quickly.
Cons: Kind of a hinky-looking little office and parking lot, not very inviting, but easy to find, just off a main street.
