Pros: We booked an economy rental and all that was available at pickup was a 2 door Fiat. Not very comfortable or safe to drive in. Had no choice but to rent it.

Rental not at airport
Cons: We used the airport identifier for pickup/dropoff location and kayak/priceline gave us a local rental office 35 miles from airport with no shuttle service. Enterprise car rental company was not at all helpful resolving the issue.

Pros: Good service. Nice car. Great price compared to other rental car companies in the area.
Cons: Just a tad little long for pickup/drop off. I think that is because they were very busy with other customers.

Unclear Pick-up location
Pros: Car was nice, clean, and drove well, but the pick-up location was unclear when booking online. Instead of being at the airport or the enterprise office 5 minutes down the street, we had to pick up our car 30 minutes away and pay for the Uber to get there. Definitely not satisfied with the third-party booking agency at this time.

Fabulous Car Rental Value
Pros: My Enterprise car rental through KAYAK was HALF the price of anyone else for this time period. Even the agent who checked in my return commented on the great price. The car was clean and reliable. Enterprise was immediately responsive when I (incorrectly) thought I had locked myself out. I could not have been happier.
Cons: They had computer problems that made the car pick up lengthier and more complicated than usual. However, I expect that was a one-time issue.
Pros: Despite the overwhelming smell of cigarettes, the attendant made a huge effort to amend the situation at hand, and I greatly appreciate him for that. As I waited the hour it took to draw up paperwork and change cars three times, the line at this attendant's desk grew longer and longer, but he still took care of us well and treated the other customers well, too. He had a good sense of humor about him.
Cons: The pick-up location was a little sketchy and the attendant smelled so strongly of cigarettes that I caught a whiff of it before I even entered the building. The first car he took me to was in pretty rough shape and when I opened the door to get in, hundreds of little ants came crawling out. Thankfully I had a male presence with me who spoke up and said we wanted a different car. The second car we were offered had a dead battery. The third car was the one I ended up with, which had to be vacuumed out because it was filled with pine needles from what looked like a Christmas Tree. The whole process took an additional hour though, the wait time was a little bothersome.
