Nice property, nice rooms and awesome pool / whirlpool!
Excessive restaurant prices
Rooms were spacious and clean with excellent, quiet heating system.
Prices in restaurant and bar were excessive - very excessive. But hotel is not convenient to restaurants. Best to walk down the street to the large grocery and buy your own food - but no microwave or refrigerator.
We missed our connecting flight and had to stay ov
Close to airport, clean and a good buffet breakfast.
When I first walked in, the finishings and decor were much nicer...bordering swanky...than I expected. The 11th floor lounge was also a surprise with the various offerings of drinks and eats. It was also busy with travelers, which meant the draw for this lounge was better than most hotel "lounges".
The only negative was the wait time in the restaurant when we wanted to get a late afternoon snack.
Great value but staff aren't up to par
Shuttle picks you up from O'Hare and takes you directly to the hotel; the shuttle picks up and leaves every 20 minutes. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was excellent.
Staff weren't very professional, seemed disorganized and didn't strive to provide high customer service. This was most apparent at the front desk. We had 3 adults in the room which was stated on the reservation but only 2 breakfast vouchers. Rooms were difficult to navigate to, very confusing layout of hotel.
Next to the train station
Had to go through about 7 tolls to get to it Did not tell me i had to pay for parking (took money out of my account) Did not tell me i had fees for internet Took out a deposit without telling me for the room (its been two weeks, still have not received it yet) Took an additional $30 out of my account without tell me Tried to call the hotel, would not help me.
Nice Rooms, Great Service
Rooms were better than expected, comfortable bed and pillows. Starbucks in the lobby! Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of selection. Location and shuttle service very convenient to OHare.
Shuttle was late the morning of our departure.
It was close to the train, rooms were nice and very comfortable.
pool was nice, as was the work out space, staff was super nice and friendly especially the cleaning ladies, the place was very clean and professional.
there wasnt a fridge or anything in the room so we were not able to store any cold food and what not for the whole weekend we were there and the whole paying for your parking gets kind of annoying
Staff was approachable, friendly, helpful, and watchful of safety.
Exorbitent parking fees, ridiculous additional fees upon arriving and unforgiving entitlement to added charges. When booking online, it should be stated outright just how significant the fees will be. (The fees were nearly the cost of another nights stay).
