Location, bell staff and concierge were excellent. The rooms were spacious
Room could have been cleaner. Used bandaid on floor when I checked in
I would stay here again
Great service - very responsive and friendly, nice suite, great breakfast.
The hotel was in a perfect location with a great staff. The room was very clean and spacious with a refrigerator, sink, stove, etc. Location is outstanding! 10-15 minute walk to the Millennium Park.
The staff was super. They accommodated our room requests and even opened their breakfast eating area for our large group to order pizzas in since wait times at restaurants were over 2 hours. All the free food was great - breakfasts and dinners. Can't believe everything was included at such a reasonable rate. This is one of the best hotels for the value in the US we have experienced. Great location too - 2 blocks from Mag Mile, 2 blocks from Jewel (grocery store) and red line, free trolley stop to Navy Pier just outside hotel. Can't be beat!
There was nothing we didn't like. The hotel was crowded during our stay (over New Years) and lots of kids. The staff handled the crowds well - opening extra dining rooms for meals. Overnight parking is expensive - around $50 per night. But that's typical for this location.
The hot breakfast in the morning was nice to have. It offered about anything someone would want.
Very central hotel. Navy Pier and The Magnificent Mile both within easy walking distance. Concierge very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast extremely crowded, sometimes insufficient seating. Breakfast finished at 1000 on weekends.
Peaceful haven in the heart of the city. The staff bend over backwards to make everything perfect.
Food at Homewood Suites Washington DC is better.
This hotel was very convienant. Our stay included breakfast and diner, our room had a kitchen and the grocery store was just around the corner or we could have filled out the grocery order list. When we were done shopping the pool was great. The bell hops were also very helpful.
There was nothing I did not like.
Perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff.
Room was too hot, aircon not strong enough (outside temperature was freezing).
very nice & cozy hotel it's equiped with everything that we needed to have a very relaxing holiday vacation.they have very good price of the room with breakfast & dinner included.i really recommend this hotel +++++
The value we received for the price of this hotel was incredible. It had everything we could have wanted: complimentary breakfast and dinner, internet, terriffic location, very friendly, efficient, and helpful staff. I would definitely make it a priority to stay here again.
We enjoyed the closeness to many restaurants and activities. The rooms were spacious and well equiped.
We thoroughly the meals. We returned to the hotel for the evening meal then went out again. The only meal we had to decide on and pay for was the noon one - very nice for us. All the furnished meals were good and usually had plenty of food - except for the night one of the hotel's oven went out -- not planned, I'm sure.
