I liked that they had a mini fridge and a microwave. Also the wooden floors gave it a cool modern look. The building itself is nice to look at Can't complain. We stayed on the side away from the freeway so it was not that noisy
The place had a television and wifi. It's close proximity to the Claremont Village makes it convenient. Expensive for a lodge. Not the best value for money. The room was not very good.
Comfortable room size. Easy access to freeway and airport.
closeness to the airport
The room was upgraded with new decor and a flat screen television. It was a great bargain for overnight after arriving late and before leaving for Palm Springs.
Couldn't be more clean. Bed, restroom, and everything was clean. Close to freeway and local sites. Easy to find. When we first arrived, I had thoughts of finding a new place to stay. It looks like a better motel. Was thinking it was more of a hotel when I booked the room.
The room was very nice, with a comfortable bed, flat panel television, and roomy bathroom Be advised that this hotel is near the railroad and airport. I did not hear any air traffic, but there were occaisonal train whistles. I did not find them bothersome
Comfortable bed, flat screen TV, granite countertop in bathroom No
we were given a room on the first floor, an easy walk to the shuttle. This was thoughtful since we did not have a car. The room was clean and pleasant and amazingly quiet since it is so near the airport.
Nicely appointed rooms are a cut above. The place is well maintained and the breakfast had a good selection and was well stocked. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and excellent value for Money. A bit noisy in the morning with the trains and proximity to the airport.
i was amazed how clean and nice is this place and the the room was perfect, thanks none
Everything was perfect! Staff, room, pool, breakfast. It's worth the price!
The location was quiet from freeway traffic.
Well appointed, comfortable, up to date, and the breakfast was nice with a wide selection to choose from.
Nothing There was blood on the walls from people shooting up in there.
free wi-fi Needs total renovation.
price pillows and condition of the maintenance of the room.
The price and the bed was great. Dirty, old, paint pealing everywhere including bathtub but worst of all the bathroom roof started leaking.
Location Could of been more clean
The beds weren't crawling with bedbugs. Wifi was mysteriously alright. Furniture was adorned with actual, literal graffiti. Pieces of furniture were replaced with poorly craft replacement pieces that were covered in additional graffiti. Televisions were ancient. Showers were awful. Every piece of equipment in the hotel is incredibly outdated. Damage to walls, floors, ceilings, furniture is readily apparent. Hotel is home to a multitude of shady characters. Thumping and pounding could be heard on the walls and outside at all hours of the night. Beggars loiter the parking lot at night. The lady at the front desk is incredibly short with customers, very curt, and it's obvious that she doesn't care at all.
Nothing except for the price & location. Everything. I regularly stay at economy motels, particularly Motel 6 & other chains. Lemon Tree was significantly worse than any motel I have ever stayed.
Close to fairplex and dennys Dirty, smelled like smoke, graffiti in the bathroom. Someone was revving the motorcycle outside. The electrical plug in didn't work.
The location and friendliness of the staff :) The rooms were a little small, but it wasn't a big deal because we didn't go on vacation to be stuck in a room :)
Cheap but right on the roadway and was cramped and dirty We didn't like the dirty shower or old food on the bathroom floor. Eew we We didn't like the fake wood vinyl floor or the neighbor above us with the dog. We wanted to sleep and not hear the dog. Every 4 minutes the toilet tank would start running.
No compaints Lacking cable & other channels , very limited
Rooms newly redone with hardwood floors, new paint and furnishings. It hardly looked like a Motel6.
The room was very clean and felt like it was new. Only bad thing was that the desk called after midnight to tell me to turn down my radio. It wasn't that loud but there was a a doorway to the next room that must not be sound proof. I sat just turn on the tv and you probably wouldn't have heard my music.
This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.
Rooms are clean and decently maintained. Rooms are designated non-smoking with stickers on the door next to the key slot and in the room, but the room reeked of cigarette smoke.
it was very quiet. The hotel wasn't busy (of course it was a Monday night). The location was also good. Nice, safe neighborhood and walking distance to tons of restaurants, cafes, shops. Ice machine and laundry room was really far away from my room.
clean, neat rooms. Service Staff was polite & promt in responding to me. The provided 1 complimentry fax per day which I needed daily. Overall very comfortable stay, a variety of nearby stores & eating places within walking distance as well. Did not have free wifi, internet which caused delay in calls .... very annoying. Also they don't provide any microwave access at all.
Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to assist us.
The location was the best part of this hotel but pricey for a motel 6 with no free wifi. You pay for wifi in a hotel with some very noisy occupants. It is about the same price as better hotels in the area that provide wifi ,breakfast and a pool at no extra charge
The staffs hospitality exceeded my expectations they were so helpful in this trying time for me..thank you I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel
I didn't stay at that hotel. In fact I now I have a huge cell phone bill because the company called me from a +66 country code. Also because they were in Asia my dates were wrong. Causing them to continually switch the hotel until I finally got a room at Econlogde Ontario. Which was dirty and hadn't been vacuumed in a smoking room. I was in town for a Martial arts competition. To say I was unhappy is an understatement. I will never use this site again. I travel to over 10 competitions a year and never have I had such a horrible experience with a travel site.
Great owner Check in was 11am instead of noon.
I like that it had a frig. And Breakfast
I was late to check in and they cancelled my reservations ,then proceded to rent me room minus discounts for reserving in advance i told them room was already paid for what difference does it make when i check in also told them i wanted room on bottom floor but lost that too with cancelled reservations ... still pissed off about that .. keys only work once then have to go back down stairs to get new keys everytime, just too hard on my knees
I was told I would get a non-smoking room and did not. The furniture was very worn down. The bed comforter had cigarette burn holes in it. There were bugs in the room such as ants and I saw a cockroach. My room key often wouldn't work.
The only perks I would give this Super 8 is that it had great wifi and cable The room didn't come with a refrigerator, when my fiancé went to use the bathroom someone else had used it and didn't flush, the pillows had a food stain on it. I had to let room service know so we can get fresh linens and a clean toilet and they had an attitude about doing so
I like the fact that the hotel is around a number of stores and restaurants. I disliked the room. It smelled really bad. It was dirty and the shower didn't work. I also didn't appreciate that the hotel does not allow visitors. The towels were small and stained old looking.
They gave away my room before I got there
Room was very dirty even when cleaned
Nothing about this hotel was good other than the location. This was the worst hotel. The parking lot was crowded. The room smelled of urine and was dirty. It was so bad I went back to the front desk and asked for my money back. I then went to stay at another hotel. Do not stay here.
Location and price The room smelled like cat pee, even after opening the windows and turning on the fan it still smelled. We had 2 friends over for a drink and the lady from the check in desk called twice and told us we had to pay extra if they wanted to be there which is pretty ridiculous considering they were only there for an hour. There was somebody doing a drug deal
