Pros:

Staff at Hertz was great. Pickup and drop off were easy.

Cons:

The van wasn’t cleaned between me and the last renter. Old candy wrappers and receipts in the console. Steering wheel was even sticky at parts. Very risky to not clean between renters with covid going around

The smell was terrible in the rental. Their was also a giant white stain on the floor in the back.

Standard SUV

Received conflicting information from Budget about what is needed in order to take a rental car out of the country. No one really knew the correct answer. Luckily we didn't have any problems. The customer service line is not US based so it was difficult to get the correct information needed due to language barrier.
