Cons:

The car I ordered was not available. I was told I would receive a $ 200 credit the next time I rent. I have not received the credit yet

Pros:

The car was in good condition except for the cigarette smell from the previous renters.

Cons:

Difficulty accessing anyone by phone; hard to find contact information and difficulty actually getting someone to speak with on the phone, but once I was able to, I was satisfied.

Pros:

Staff person at pickup was pleasant and polite, although the wait was fairly long(45 minutes).

Cons:

The car was dirty, including the interior seats. Waits upon pickup and return were unreasonably long. For the money they are making per car and the number of cars they are renting, they are understaffed by about 3 car cleaners and jockeys. I’ve rented hundreds of cars in the past 20 years and have never had to take a car to the car wash after picking it up. Would never go back to that rental shop again! Also, the manager should come and help out, instead of sneaking by to hide in the back room

Pros:

Yes it was. They could use more help at the office. They were working their butt's off. But the help gave us great service.

Cons:

More staffing. But the existing help did a great job!

Pros:

My wife mentioned when we got in the car he wasn't too friendly. The car need a car wash . The lady I called said I could drop it off at the airport with no extra charge. Good thing your employee mentioned it was $450 extra to drop it off there . I would have been one extremely PO customer if I did .

It was horrible enterprise Connecticut takes my chime credit debit card I flew into another state from Ct Myrtle beach South Carolina with my three kids they wouldn’t take my card as payment left us stranded had uber hotel all week no car they didn’t care didn’t wanna help were rude and uncaring. Worse experience ever I would not ever recommend them at all to anyone they don’t even wanna try work you T all

Experience was good however the guy at the counter at check in said no charge for an additional driver and at check out charged me $15 per day for the 10 day rental. Don’t like be suckered in to make a buck.

Cons:

Flight was delayed. Called to inform Avis I will be later than planned. Told the location would be closed and they would cancel my reservation. If I wanted a car, I could reserve the same car for a shorter time but they had to double the price. Terrible customer service and never picked up a car. Using Uber/Lyft was cheaper than the original price in the end.

Waited 3 hours for a car… which was not an SUV like I requested.. got told I was picking up at the wrong site. Had to call and switch over my reservation and went from being charged $345 to $746 but they actually charged my card $993. Will be calling today to get my money back.

I like that pick up was easy. No upsetting pressure. I like that drop off was easy. Just drop off in the parking lot and hand the keys over to attendant. What made this experience really sour was the condition of the car. All, I mean every single seat back and front was heavily stained. The windows were so dirty we could not see well when the sun shone through. Truly not worth the money, which we know is too much these days.

Kayak had me book for a rental car from a different site than the airport, which resulted in me needing to take a taxi off the airport to go get the rental car when there was a rental office at the airport. Then I had to arrange for a ride from the off site rental location to the airport. I also had to return the car hours before my flight because the rental office closed at 1:00 on Sundays.
