1. I have reserved a premium SUV and the SV proposed me at place was Skoda Kodiaq. If this is premium SUV, I do not know then what is non-premium SUV. 2. I did not take additional insurance as I have visa gold card, but at the counter it is appeared that if I do not take the "all inclusive" package, than I am going to have hidden fees like administrative fee, cleaning fee and so on. Would be better to see this fees from the beginning. 3. If I stay with initial model, they wanted to block on my credit card something like 6000 EUR never can be accepted by French Visa card so I was forced to take all inclusive package, but daily fee for all inclusive for "premium SUV car" was around 100 EUR, so I was forced to downgrade to economy car. 4. si in the end: - economy car, - all inclusive package
On the site when we tried to do the rental, their prices and fees should be clearer not that when I go to pick up my rental then I’m being told I have to pay extra
bad management. booked a call found an other with additional costs not explicitly in the booking phase. worst service ever.
They didn’t have the car we reserved, and the (smaller) one that they did have was nearly twice as expensive as predicted when I reserved it on Kayak. Insurance is a hidden cost. And they tried to get us to take a car that was missing a lug nut on one of the tires (we refused).
We made a reservation for a small car, which was not avaiable at our arrival. Instead of offering us another car for the same price, they obligated us to pay for a bigger car, as my excisting contract was not refundable. At the end we paid 3x the price we had fixed at the beginning. The women at the desk was very unfriendly, not helpful and it appeared as a trick they do regularly to steal money from clients. We will use this service to book a car and i will not recommend it to anyone. Very sad.
Car was fine, clean, and ran well. Employees were friendly and helpful. The car we reserved was not available so they wanted us to pay the difference which was thousands of US dollars. We had to call the third party rental company who said they would reimburse us the difference. What a hassle. Would much rather get something in down town with a set price.
