The dining area with everything from breakfast and Starbucks coffee to burgers and cocktails is a nice feature in all the Courtyards. The interior was quite dated once you left the lobby area. The carpeting and wallpaper in the halls and in the room was old. The water in the toilet had a strong, foul odor even with the lid closed. Cons (-) The service was awful. Despite the fact that 3 of us were staying here, NO TOWELS were left--a terrible surprise when stepping out of the shower, soaking wet!!

Pros (+) The staff was tremendously helpful. I had been booked at a different property when I arrived it was awful dirty and scary I was able to secure a room at last minute at Courtyard by Marriott Cal Expo and my week was saved. I was safe and secure in my surroundings the cleanliness was great as well.

Pros (+) Cleanliness. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Good stock of food and beverages after hours.
Cons (-) TV location at side of bed makes it hard to watch in bed. Bathroom exhaust CFM is not adequate. Wireless connection is slow.
