Anonymous, Dec 2018 - Extended Stay America Suites - Sacramento - South Natomas
Cons (-) They called me to inform me they did not have a room for me after it was all booked and confirmed. Nor did they make any attempt whatsoever at trying to find me other accommodations due to their error. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The customer service associate was rude and really had no care as to the situation they put me in.

Anonymous, Nov 2015 - Extended Stay America Suites - Sacramento - Northgate
Pros (+) The location was fantastic. However, all but one of the staff were curt and unfriendly. I was traveling for business. The water was shut off while I was mid shower. I literally had to go to my business meeting without having been able to rinse-out and style my hair. I was told there was an emergency water issue and they had to shut it off and "didn't have time to warn all the occupants". Would hav...
