Pros (+) The staff were super friendly and made me feel comfy like staying at a friends. I like that the staff weren’t overbearing, trying to do too much.
Cons (-) The doors to the rooms need to be fixed! You can hear every door shut in that place day/night! I wasn’t able to sleep well. My bf said it sounds just like jail and had no problem falling asleep haha lol

Pros (+) I like the coupon that i used to book this place thats about it $50 off... 1st my non smoking room that i didnt request stunk of cigarettes and so did the whole floor that was non smoking... 2nd the free wifi doesnt reach the 3rd floor and when you do get the signal you cant even make it thru a full episodr on Netflix without it stopping every 2 minutes (horrible speeds)...3rd theres no elevator s...

Cons (-) Place is not good, staff are rude, room is filthy, towels and sheets are dirty and have cigarette holes. Should not be in kayak or priceline. Does not deserve a star at all.

My cable broke and they said they would send someone to fix it, only to forget! The sheets were stained and threadbare in parts, and the blankets and comfortors had cigarette burns in them. Pros (+) The staff did everything in their power to make our stay enjoyable. They were rock stars!
Cons (-) The first thing I saw was a hole in the carpet of our room. It wasn't dirty per se, but it was seriously run down. There were a lot of hotel hopping families living in the hotel and consequently if you did not reach the free breakfast bar by 6:30 a.m. your chances of scoring a danish were slim to none and any later and you simply might not find anything terribly appetizing. Pros (+) The bathrooms were sub-par, the beds were okay but the neighborhood was horrible. Watch out for dangerous looking homeless people. The concierge didn't know the wifi password and was not helpful.
