Uncomfortable bed, poor nights sleep after asking for a quiet room. Put us on fwy side & by the door going out to the parking lot. And we checked in early. Lobby coffee & tea terrible, water wasn't hot. Breakfast was ok. Spoke to front desk when checking out, suppose to hear from the mgr.

Pros (+) Clean and comfortable
Cons (-) Returned rental car and given phone number to call called multiple times with machine response. Finally took Lyft back. Agent on check in promised breakfast snack waiting due to 4 am departure. We didn’t purchase any breakfast food due to her promise. No breakfast bag at departure. Don’t promise if you can’t deliver.

Cons (-) The internet at this property is horrible. I last stayed here several years ago and I assumed that it had to get better but it hasn't.

Pros (+) Shuttle was very accommodating to our schedule & they packed breakfast for our early morning departure! Free wi-fi was awesome and rooms were comfortable. Lots of close by eating places to walk to and very quick ride to the airport.
Cons (-) Had some problems with the toilet being slow to drain so asked for them to send someone with a plunger - which is what they literally did - guy came to the door and handed me the plunger to unclog the toilet myself!!
