Customer service was bad. Also not enough staff.
I did not like the fact that the attendants behind the counters did not inform us about the breakfast at the lounge especially after we paid for the executive room which included the breakfast. We had to go to the other restaurant in the atrium to eat and pay... The attendants in the hotel are not good.
The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly. It was very easy to check in and out. The parking was very easy, and I was able to park close to the entrance. The parking was very expensive. Normally I pay nothing to park at other hotels, but I have paid up to $15 for parking a day. ($3 Anatole was $22 a day and the parking lot was almost empty.
Big facility with things to do. Basketball court was closed at 8pm. Rooms were dated
TV kept loosing signal, staff question were not concrete and contradicted each other. The climate control wasn't working. Along with the facilities feeling humid n hot. Very uncomfortable especially with the weather of above 104.
Everything was excellent.. Maintenance man knocked on our door at 9:30 to clean AC filter. We had Do Not Disturb sign on the door but he still knocked on the door. Kept knocking few times and woke me up.
Asian Art They put us in the middle of a high school cheerleading convention. Didnt sleep one night with teenage girls running wild throughout the hallways at all hours. Management did NOTHING to control them. Management offered no apologie or follow up. I will NEVER stay at a Hilton again!
SER steak house was great everything. no continental breakfast, nickel and dime you for everything. rooms were dirty, linens were dirty
The only pluses: nice beds, great sheets and pillows, room was very clean. For this room costing me $400/night it was a fairly poor value. The bathroom was so small that I had to climb over the toilet to get in and out of the shower. No balcony, no sitting room, the plumbing gurgled and rattled every time anyone used it nearby, and I could hear everything going on in the adjacent room. The hotel is sooooo huge and no signs or directories. People were constantly lost and asking each other for directions everywhere I went (I don't get why they don't have signs in TX, not specific to the hotel alone, very few signs on the roads too). So basically the room was a confort inn with a hilton price tag. Nothing complimentary or included, not worth the money. Stay at the Sheraton across the street.
Size of the room There was only one front desk representative at both front desks at 6:30 pm. I needed another key a was quite a wait. The parking is a total pain for $19, the gate readers do not work well. There was only one small trash can under the desk and none in the bathroom. And there was a creepy crawling visitor in the shower on the 20th floor.
Check-in service, fairly affordable parking for the area, & the lobby was beautiful The hotel is an atrium hotel and is extremely large. During my stay there was a prom, a conference, and a wedding hosted by the hotel - it was extremely noisy and crowded. While its very large, its also quite an old hotel. There's one set of elevators for each atrium and the walk to and from the room is really long! Kayak listed it as 4 star and I've generally had a great experience with selected 4 star hotels throughout the country; this one was extremely disappointing.
Hotel is very nice. very disappointed at the fact that we had to pay for parking after spending good money to stay overnight. If already paying for a room, should not have to pay extra for parking.
Staff was nice. The room was clean. Beautiful view. Room service was very quick! The valet opened the door for me (driver), did not do anything for my wife (passenger). The rooms seemed to have thin walls, as we heard guest all through the night. There may have been a fraternity group reunion of some sort, and we may have been unfortunately stuck on the same floor as some of them. It hurt our stay to say the least.
Very friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. I was very satisfied with my stay and would stay there again. Only negative thing was we ordered late night room service and it wasn't the best. We got the Philly steak sandwich.
The staff was brilliant. They really took care of us. When they found out it was my wife's birthday, they brought us a complimentary bottle of wine, amongst other things.
It has a a good location with a good view of dallas The beds were not comfortable and the TV picture was horrible
Helpful staff, quality Restaurant a bit on steep side, but staffed by helpful, attentive, professional people
We really enjoyed our stay here and the hotel was amazing, as well as the rooms. Definitely reccommend this hotel and will stay here on our next visit to Dallas.
I like how the building looking and most of the inside. This hotel I would say is for the riches. The self parking wasn't free. I'm not going to pay someone to park my vehicle since I'm going to be staying there for one night. Inside the bathroom above the shower it the A/C unit. It appeared that it needed some updating because it looked like a 1 or 2 stars project.
The hotel staff was friendly also the rooms were very nice and roomy. Nothing
Room was dirty, we got charged twice for room and had to go through a lot with the front desk for a refund, also didn't tell us about getting charged for parking and other "miscellaneous" charges. Would not stay there again.
Dirty room, cleaning staff did not come daily for no apparent reason, coffee filters/items not restocked when used in room. Noisy and poor view. Parking and wifi extra costs. Out of items when ordered room service.
Staff was very nice. Coffee in the morning and the cookies in the afternoon or a pleasant surprise. Rooms were clean and comfortable Not much
Very close to downtown. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was not in the best of conditions. Could really use better upkeep.
Complimentary breakfast and evening hors d'oeuvres. Free bottled water. House keeping. Pay-to-use wifi. Fitness room was very, very cold. Bed was too firm for my liking.
Place was great. The "25 years experience bar tender" didn't know crap and would plea with every customer to only order beer or wine. Then had the nerve to question my tip because it was less than she thought she deserved.
12pm checkout, free water, complimentary drink for my birthday, location, shuttle service, free breakfast for my birthday, good room setup, quiet, staff was super nice! Room smelled bad, sheets and bedding had plastic feeling and comforter was heavy, pillows were thin, tv channels were limited
The elevator appears to be going through an upgrade but the hotel needs a complete upgrade besides the The room , the room was really nice, clean and quiet. I felt the hotel was rather expensive though. Forgot my daughters phone in the room when we left and it was still there when we got back. Excellent staff, very friendly and honest. The walls walking to our door were scuffed badly really needs new wallpaper or a paint job.
The ice machine was broken on the third floor. And they charge for parking now
Clean, safe, quiet, friendly staff, well maintained, contemporary No pool. Breakfast was not free (but delicious).
Nothing I didn't like the bed my neck and back still hurt the pool was so small the only thing that was complimentary was coffe and water and nether was any good the creamer that was in my room was soured so there wasn't anything that was any good I've had a better room at a much cheaper hotel
I left my business bag with laptop and important documents in the lobby. The front desk found it. It did not disappear. Staff was helpful. Breakfast great!
Hotel was great. I was there for a convention at the Hilton Anatole, across the street. The group rate for our rooms at the Hilton was $***night. THe Courtyard was literally across the street at $**night, including a hot buffet breakfast each morning. Since it is my own bottom-line, the group is there twice a year and I'llb e at the Courtyard each time. Rooms were great, free basic internet wireless but you could upgrade to high speed wireless for $6/day. Would recommend it.
Good value for the money. There sure are a lot of hotels is the same area.
Hotel was very nice & clean, but I was extremely disappointed with the both rooms Air Conditioning. They let us move into another room and its A/C was no better and it was only May. The resturant prices were high, the menu for room service was reasonable priced, and they add 17% for room service. But... if you eat in the dinning room, the exact menu is about $3.00 higher for the same exact menu item. It would have been cheaper to have room service.Beds were soft and this could be a very nice hotel if they would fix the A/C system in each room.
This was a clean and spacious room. Very clean and spacious Restrooms. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The facilities throughout the hotel were clean and fresh. We were there for a Dr. visit at Scottish Rite Hospital with our Daughter and this hotel gave us a significant discount. We recommend this hotel and will definenitly stay there next year when we go back for the yearly appointment.
Attended 2007 Dallas International Guitar Festival. -1/2 mile walk from the Market Center venue.-This hotel was clean. -The free in room wireless internet connection.-The staff was polite and helpful when needed. -Did not try hotel restaurant, opted for the Dennys next door.-This hotel was nice, quiet and felt ''safe'', but watch out for the con-man though. He uses the busted fan belt scam.
I will definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Great location.
We stayed here during the TX/OU game this past October. It was a great hotel. Our room was clean and the hotel was quiet even though we were near the parking lot. The room was on the small side but just fine for two people. If you plan on cramming a ton of friends in there you'll need a bigger room. The only reason I did not give this place a 5 is because of the parking. The parking lot was PACKED due to the amount of people staying there for the game and the size of the spots could not accommodate all the vehicles. The spots for were made for tiny compact cars and the majority of the hotel patrons drove SUVS and trucks. All of them took up more than one spot and caused us to get blocked in. If the hotel would repaint the parking spots it would solve that issue.
Good hotel for the money - Just wish breakfast included although easy to get something at hotel or Dennys nearby - Friendly staff / Room was comfortable with free internet - Close to downtown, but still need a car with a GPS!
Price was to high for quality and size of room. Overall to expensive and will not return in the future. Thank you

Check in was fast. Location was perfect. Room was very comfortable, clean, quiet, and I had hot water. NO BUGS at this hotel.
I stayed here one night of a Dallas mini-vacation, got a bargain rate. Location is great, breafast at $9.95 isn't out of line with comparable places. Only complaint - laundry carts blockng the hall
Rooms were okay. Having to pay for breakfast separately. Breakfast staff was rude and it was poor service but expected to get a tip on top of paying extra for the meal. No thank you. The location was a bit out of the way.
Friendly, helpful staff Noisy, heard other guests above "walking on our heads", not as well maintained/clean as it should be (not a housekeeping problem, maintenance issues)
Bed was nice. Room was clean and there were no bedbugs, which is always a plus. NO STAIRS. It had fire stairs but there is no stairs to the lobby. Had to take the elevator all the way to the second floor. Room was pretty mediocre for a king suite. Stayed at H.I. Express's that were a lot nicer.
Location It was like stepping back onto the set of Married with Children. I had hoped it to be at the level of Holiday Inn in Mississauga ON or somewhere in between, but, I was very disappointed with how old this place is inside. First room smelled bad, second room they gave me was dirty, a lot of hair in the bathtub, and spotty shower curtain.
Offered free shuttle to and from airport. Offered free shuttle within a 3 mile radious...tips were optional. Some friendly staff, others seemed to not know the area at all. Also, offered small gym, computer access, & printing. Staff at the coffee shop in the lobby were rude and not accommodated when asked for fresh coffee. One of the drivers from the shuttle was not approachable and was not knowledgeable about the area, even though being on the job for 8 months. Also, free shuttle information should of been on hotel website.
Great amenities and service. Air was a bit stale, wish the hotel had windows you could open to air out room.
the room was very nice and the employees were extremely friendly! not enough parking...didn't like having to park in the back and on the sides. Valet would've been a nice feature.
Great salad and staff at the restaurant. They served us outside by the pool. I called to reduce my stay by one night - from four to three - and they would no longer honor the group rate under which I made my original reservation. Instead, they insisted on charging me what averaged out to about $120/night more. While I still attended the conference, I changed my reservation to the Sheraton Suites across the street. I would recommend the Sheraton Suites if you are in the area. For the conference, there was an on-going problem with the audio being used - feedback, static through the mics.
The front staff member who helped us check in was extremely nice and helpful! Definitely put us in a good mood. He explained they also have a free shuttle that takes you to downtown and uptown which is great since we planned to go out at night and now didn't have to use a taxi or uber. Close to a lot of things and the shuttle makes a huge difference on saving money. Breakfast was decent but I don't think it's worth paying for (we got comp' tickets) but the servers were friendly and nice, just not a lot of options. Place was clean and beds were comfortable. Only complaint I have is that they falsely charged me $92. After calling them, they immediately checked and said they would refund their error but definitely something to keep track of if you stay here as I read in another review that they had the same problem.
Someone ding my car! Nothing can be done. Just body shop!
Breakfast didn't run later on a holiday weekend
Good location, quick access to downtown, good free breakfast Was not what I've come to expect from Fairfield. Room was clean but poor quality - old TVs, poor quality bedding, cheap decor. If you're looking for a reasonably priced room for the night this is a good place to sleep this is it but don't come expecting anymore than that.
Room was spacious. Water ran hot. Washroom was sooooo cramped. The door was in your face the whole time you were in there. Breakfast was limited.
I liked the space, confort, and price. The administration and cleaning staff were incredibly friendly. I had a good time during my time there. Nothing to say here.
We were very pleased with the help from the front desk staff. We were in Dallas without a car, and they helped us find our way on foot, via public transportation, and by taxi.
