Cons:
I rented a medium size car and Alamo gave me a compact, much smaller than I paid for. On top of that the attendant insisted in me taking road assistance which cost me another $100. It was a rip off. You can tell they are mad cause people refuse their insurance which is $40 per day and the other add one they desperately want us to accept so the rental fee doubles in price.8.0 Very good

Car was clean and ready to go pretty quickly.Cons:
The USB port didn't work!!! So I couldn't use it to charge and run my iPhone for directions. This could have been disastrous if I had a longer trip to get to my GPS destination.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
First time w dollar. No one told us about a $100 "cleaning fee" . Never got that from hertz, alamo, national or enterprise or any other rental service. I would have had it cleaned. Also, why was I charged airport taxes when I did not fly in or out. Now I am on hold for 18 minutes waiting to address these unexpected charges.Cons:
Sneaky, they hit me with several unexpected charges after the return which I have never had an issue with when renting from any other company. $100 cleaning fee? Needed some vacuuming otherwise the vehicle was the same returned as picked up. You may spend hours on the phone before any answer when you call to ask why a non flyer was charged airport taxes. Take the time at the counter to get a final cost BUYER BEWARE!2.0 Poor

Carrentals.com hacked into this transaction, gave me a reservation to the wrong airport, did not make a reservation with Dollar car rental and refused to refund my money. I'm forced to go through my bank to FORCE A REFUND. I WILL NEVER USE KAYAK again10.0 Wonderful

The gentleman at the desk in Daytona was very professional and personalCons:
I was given a car with a 1/2 tank of gas, was told to go online and file a form. I returned the car with 3/4 of a tank and was billed $32 for a non filled tank. Ridiculous and now I must waste hours trying to straighten the mess out6.0 Okay

Pros:
Staff friendly and helpful.Cons:
Only two vehicles to choose from in class we reserved. Since we needed luggage space over comfort we chose the Rav 4 which smelled like a cigar smoker had it last and there was a small burn hole in the driver’s seat. We are not smokers and we’re disappointed.
