I've been staying at this hotel for a conference for a few years now, and have watched the quality deteriorate. My shower was full of insects. The front desk lost 9 hours of a friends pumped milk with no apology. The conference facility was uncomfortably hot over both days, the sound system caused a lot of anxiety for our event.
