Elevators had issues and long waits, room keys wouldn’t work to access 2nd and 3rd floors from stairwell, rooms were not, no fans in bathroom. Underwent an “upgrade” but more tacky than funky.

The Curtis was a unique hotel. I thought it odd there was no dresser to put my clothes in. No closet to hand a suit. Each floor had a theme. I was on the tenth floor, the Circus floor. I've been staying at this hotel for a conference for a few years now, and have watched the quality deteriorate. My shower was full of insects. The front desk lost 9 hours of a friends pumped milk with no apology. The conference facility was uncomfortably hot over both days, the sound system caused a lot of anxiety for our event.

Pros (+) looked forward to going to a concert so the location was wonderful however...a blizzard kept us from getting to Denver and Hilton will not allow any refunds or rescheduling - such a bummer.
