I likes the price, didn't like how the car wasn't clean at all covered in dead bugs and dirt. Didnt like getting a sports car when I rented an suv. Should be ashamed giving such a dirty car to paying customer first thing I did was take it to the car wash spend 30 bucks with a brush scrubbing all the dead bugs off of a car I just paid 1000 bucks for .Reviewed Aug 24 2026

When I got to the counter I was told I had no rental l showed my confirmation but they would not give me the rental l asked if they could give me another but the price increased by 1,500.00. Very upsetting since I was going to a funeral. came 1h aerlier and they counter guy tried to scam us into getting upgrade for extra money then he would give us car. otherwise wait exactly 1h. our car was already on the parking not in busy season. every other place really never was so cheap to not give a car 1h earlier - we are not paying by hours we paying for full days. absolutely terrible attituteReviewed Jun 12 2026
