Easy process for pick up and drop off
Pros: Customer service was excellent.
Pros: Very comfortable, met our needs. Smooth ride.
Cons: We were told it had internet, but rental car agency were not aware internet was locked, it was requesting a password. We were not aware of this until we were on the road. Called car rental agency and they were not aware of this either. Other than that, everything was excellent.
Second times a charm
Pros: Rep was understanding and gave me a different rental when the original was dirty and the tire was missing hub cap.
Cons: The original car Toyota carolla was dirty on the inside. As if someone had been eating and left crumbs all over the front. I should've figured when as soon as I saw the car the front driver side tire was missing its hub cap. It was just a black rim.
Pros: Nice vehicle
Cons: I was upgraded but wasn't told about additional charges. Very dissappointed vehicle came out to almost $100.00 a day. That's ridiculous. Very disappointed never going back
Pros: Clean car, just wasn't sure about getting to and from the car lot. Wish they had more customer service to help to your car.
Cons: My mom can't walk that far, and we had to walk to the car with our bags. I feel someone should go get the car and bring it to uou. That's what they do at other sirports. Just a little un clear on where to go and how far it is. For me not a big deal, but for my passenger it was a little far to go in the rain.
Older vehicle
Pros: Process of getting car was smooth: no wait (it was close to midnight), the lot was not far from the terminal.
Cons: The vehicle was a bit older, and had a bit of a funky smell. I also grow weary of the all the "gotchas" connected with renting cars. Pressure to buy special insurance, prepay gas, etc.

Cons: Wouldn't rent to me because of credit score. Went to Enterprise and rented a car. Their loss.
Aweful
Cons: The car was not ready by the time I arrived. Staff that I talked to on the phone did not communicate that I would be charged an additional $25/day charge for being under 25. I canceled reservation.
Cons: There was a taillight that was out on the vehicle and I got pulled over for it. Luckily the officer only gave me a warning.
No car when i got there!
Cons: When i arrived at Harlingen airport they didn't have a car for me! I had been on a 3 hour layover in Houston, i asked why wasn't i called or emailed? I could have used the layover time to make alternate arrangements. They said by booking thru K*Y(K my contact info was not forwarded. I ended up spending almost $100 in taxi fares until they could procure a car for me 24 hours later. Never again!
Easy come, easy go at HRL
Pros: Easy to get the car and get going, easy to return the keys and get to the gate.
