Cons:horrendous service. Doubled price from kayak
Cons:The kayak price was $40 less than what I was charged. Probably not going to use kayak again.
Cons:Over $100 in "extra" charges. Texas has toll roads that don't take cash so you need to add $40 "toll" charge. Charged for late charge even when returned early. Etc. Would be nice to have an honest price up front or at least disclosure of the "extras".
Cons:Did not have any cars.
Cons:We returned the call full but were charged for the filling fee. This likely arose because there was no authorized attendant in duty to give us a receipt.
Pros:The car was comfortable and we had no problems

Cons:They could have had a car that I reserved a few weeks in advance. Could reimburse me for the money I spent on Uber going back and forth for a car. After she told me to come back in 4 hours. The counter person just shrugged her shoulder at me. Never again will I rent from them

Cons:The customer service person was nice but pushed the toll pass and insurance too much. We were made to feel like idiots for not getting them.

Pros:the people were very very nice BOTH at the AUS rental counter and when i returned the car.
Cons:WHAT I HATE: I got the car with the gas at below the F (FULL) line. I took a photo of it. I am not familiar with this car so didnt know where the line SHOULD be. Returned the car with a full tank of gas the F line was well on the right side of the FUL line. i told the guy at the return and he said that was great. WHAT WAS GREAT ABOUT IT?? I SPENT MORE ON THE CAR THAN WAS ON MY AGREEMENT BY maybe $8 USD (which I questioned this at the counter, but went along with the difference) AND THEN SPENT MORE MONEY ON GAS??? *************This is not right and i took photos of the screen because i was annoyed. ALSO THERE WAS A PIECE OF SOMEONES NAIL IN THE DASHBOARD COMPARTMENT. also took a photo of that.... i would not have bothered if the gas issue would have been treated fairly.
