Cons:I selected 6pm to return the car. Somehow Thrifty had it in theor system that I was supposed to return the car at 12pm. Inassume there was a glitch and an automatic refresh on their end. And even though I have been a loyal customer, they charged me around $40 extra dollars, refusing to waive the fee. What a joke! Not going to use them again. Not to mention, the on-site young operations manager was aggressive and arrogant. He literally leaned close toward me and said "they aren't going to wave the fee.", and was horrifically cocky about it.

Pros:I liked the airport pickup/drop-off and the value for the money.
Cons:I did not like the condition of the car interior. This was supposed to be a no-smoking care, yet there was a cigarette burn hole in the driver seat and each of the seats had stains of some sort.

Pros:Liked the price found on line. Liked that it was on-site at the airport and did not have an off-site location. Car rental facility was beautiful.
Cons:Car interior was very stained, but that is o.k. just sad that people when they rent to not take better car of the fabric. My only real complaint was the $20.00 toll road charge add-on. I did not see that information anywhere when making the booking. I told the women at counter I would be only on 71 W and E and 183 N and South only as far as the arboretum area of AUS. She said 183 was a toll and I would have to pay the $20. In fact, I learned from residents of AUS that I was Not ever on a toll area of 183. So felt that was not a legitimate charge.
