Pros:Pickup process was quick and easy. Car parking lot was close and easy to find. The car rate was great - although had a tough time going up some of the hills on our trip (although we managed to keep up with traffic :D). It was perfect for two people plus luggage and would not have held much more (Chevy Spark).
Cons:The gentleman checking us out was way to quick on the extra options - he just circled a whole bunch of options and asked me to initial to decline insurance. He did not explain the options or coverage that I could have chosen. He also was kindof pushy that I sign the vehicle inspection/gas level form at the desk before even seeing the car. I was wary and wanted to be able to look at the vehicle for damages before signing... and there was quite a bit of back and forth before he let me just initial the form and inspect outside. I think he was very nice and capable - but, likely a training or desk procedures issue that could be reviewed.

Cons:Sales office outside too far, from baggage claim main terminal. Had to drag luggage quite a distance.
Cons:We arrived at the Denver return location and it was closed and blocked with no information on where to return the car

Cons:defroster was weak...no horsepower to get over the mountain...but good value.

Cons:The agent on the phone was not helpful at all, kinda rude. She was upset because I didn't use the dollar insurance ( I used my private insurance though). Also,I paid more than expected from my kayak reservation. Not sure I would recommend this place. Next time I'll pay a bit more and go to a more reputable company like enterprise.
Pros:The counter process was fast. No line. Paperwork easily found in the computer. In Salt Lake City there is only a short walk to the cars (no shuttle as is needed at some airports). Car was comfortable and smooth driving. Care had been taken to clean the inside and the windshield but it was clear no water had been wasted on giving the outside of the car a full wash which was exactly as we would have wished. When we checked the car back in it was the early morning rush and I was particularly impressed with how efficiently the young lady in charge managed to make the process.
