My experience with dollar wasn’t the best. I ended up paying Over $2000! The Rental they gave me wasn’t the Rental I purchased online. Plus the Rental had the engine light on as well!!
Cons:Can't really give a rating because Dollar closed their Buffalo airport location long before we were able to rent the car. Had reserved the car in Feb for a June rental but received an email in March that the location was closing in April.
Pros:All Desk and lot staff were efficient, professional and friendly.
Cons:After 2 hour wait I cancelled the reservation. Horrible!

Cons:This was a bait and switch. Enterprise gave me what they advertised with no surprises. I will not deal with dollar ever again and it's impacted my use of your site
Cons:I booked my rental for a 2 a.m. drop off Friday at the Cincinnati Airport. It never said that there were any issues with my booking. When I arrived at 12:45 a.m (early) Dollar was closed and the outside gates were locked. Not only that, but the rental office didn’t open up again until Monday. I was charged additional hours and additional days!! How can this be okay? It was not possible for me to return my car. Also, my car was very dirty inside when I picked it up which is additionally concerning with COVID.
Cons:I had to cancel my reservation quite some time ago and have not received my refund yet. It should not take this much time and effort to get this accomplished.
Cons:I was charged with satellite radio fees without concent. The car had a strong chemical odor, which made it undriveable.
