Pros:I liked that it was cheaper than renting at the airport even though it was literally across the street from the airport. The people were super friendly and courteous also.They were able to pick me up from the airport as well as drop me off at the airport after returning the rental.
Cons:I didn't like that the car size I had requested (economy sized car) wasn't available when it was supposed to be. I had 2 options - wait for 3-4 hours (that's how long it took for the kind of car I requested to be available) or take a cargo van for a few hours, then swap it out for the correct vehicle. I had no choice but to take the van then swap it out after my appointment. It was inconvenient, but not terrible. The staff was really apologetic about as well. Dropoff went so much smoother though!

Cons:I had to cancel my trip. I was charged 48.00 for it. I am not renting with Hertz again in all my travel.

Cons:If your flights delayed after hertz closes(which i wasnt told i had to go to other hertz location)you will be charged additional $40.

Cons:We reserved an economy car to drive to Toronto. A car was not available and after waiting 45 min. we were offered a large truck. Since we had already been delayed we took it. it was difficult to drive and park and was a constant worry.
