Awful. My father had a heart attack and I wasted hours trying to change the reservation. I finally gave up and rented a car for the adjusted dates from Budget. I also requested a refund or credit and no one bothered responding. I’ll never use Dollar again.

Everything was great- the car was in excellent condition and the service was smooth. The only small point to mention is that the wait time at the airport pickup was a bit longer due to high demand. But that’s completely understandable and shows how popular Dollar is. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience.

Really disappointed that to was charged an enormous amount extra for an upgrade when I thought I’d always booked an SUV. Horrible experience. Won’t rent from Dollar again!
