My car wasn’t ready. The car they tried to give me was not the same car that was on my reservation. I had to wait almost an hour for a car. This was very annoying after traveling all day.
Pros:Friendly agent at check in
Cons:Timing was awful. Had to wait for nearly 2 hours.
The car was stolen and Dollar Rent-A-Car’s unavailability and non-response made it a nightmare. Additionally, $91 a day for a compact SUV is not a bargain. I was charged three days for one day’s use of a car.

Pros:Dollar counter closed n Hertz counter to serve but hertz staff was really bad! In line for 2 hours n the lady at the counter packed up and left without saying anything! Went to National n in 15 minutes i was in the car ready to go! Service was really bad!
Cons:Everything was so bad i donot know where to begin! I ended up getting a car at National..... All the staff at Hertz was just bad, slow and did not care for the long line and people waiting. Staff was awful to the highest degree! Customers were mad!

Cons:The car was dirty, it smelled. This was disgusting and scary because they had a sign saying that you would be penalized for returning a dirty car.
it was terrible. the clerk was rude, insolent, hostile and yelled at me. i hadnt intentionally reserved an EV (I don't live in the bay area and don't know the infrastructure) but he told me i had to take one. he wouldn't tell me his name or call his manager.

Cons:The Car stunk of cigarettes, our clothes reeked of it. It was awful and Dollar would not do anything to rectify it.
