Pros:I can tell you that the experience in dollar Gja was poor, but the past experience in Monterrey Dollar was great! I have to return to Mty and hope to get a good service!
Cons:I was suppose to pick up at 8pm...but they told me that they did not know at what time the next day so I just did not return...bad experience in Guadalajara 's office

Pros:Dropoff and pickup was very convenient.
Cons:Too expensive for a compact car. The online price of $10 a day was was just a distractor from better deals. After getting full coverage, the actual cost was more like $80.00 per day.

Cons:Had made reservations and reservations where not found when I got there gave them confirmation number that I had received they said they had no reservations under our name plus the car that we had reserved they had rented out already

Cons:Provide better service. Location was dirty with no working restrooms. Car requested was not available. Agent changed the price for lesser vehicle. Poor customer service

Cons:We rented a standard SUV but they did not have the car available. They only had a standard car. It was the last car they had in the lot.
