Pros:No cars were available to rent, didn't give options of other companies to rent from

Cons:First of all, there is no request for down payment - which seemed to be a bit strange. Second, there was confirmation over the phone with a call center representative, but no confirmation with the location directly. Third, ended up waiting at the airport over 30 minutes to find Enterprise representative - no one was at either of Enterprise stations at the airport. Fourth, had another car rental representative contact them for us and wait another 30 minutes for them to arrive. Fifth, when we finally arrived to Enterprise location, were informed they didn't have our reservation. Sixth, asked if vehicle was available and said yes, but insurance would be over $500 for only 6-day rental. In conclusion, will never use Kayak for reservations. Instead, will work directly with car rental companies.

Cons:They didn’t have the car I booked and gave another, in which they said it was better. But it ended up being more expensive. They change and added all this bs stuff. I was running late didn’t have time to argue. Not renting with them again!

Pros:Very friendly staff.
Cons:After booking our reservation and receiving a receipt with the total price, we were told upon pickup that the addition of mandatory insurance would mean the actual price would be 2-3x more than advertised. We were then asked to make a deposit for double this total amount. We skipped the rental. Horrible service and online booking service, as known of these factors were mentioned.

Cons:When we got there they did not have my car ready and they wanted to charge me $960 us dollars when our deal deal was set for $186 US dollars.We had to wait 3 hours at the airport to be picked up.

Pros:The car was clean and new Service was awesome Every one was friendly and this was my first time renting a car in Mexico and they made it so much easier than I though it will be
Cons:I got a price online and when I got there was a significant dirence on price I bought a insurance online and when I got there they told me I needed a different insurance The lady explain it to me that we needed a different insurance to protect the car and told me to do the reservation next time directly with them and I won’t find any surprises From 700 only went to 1200 What a surprise But service wise everything was perfect

Pros:I liked how they looked out for everybody’s health, by having disinfectant and hand sanatizer in the entrance. They were very friendly and helpful.
Cons:Include prices for insurance so it is clear for the beginning .
