At arrival to car rental location they Didn't respect the price I already paid and wanted to charge me 4 times the price I seen and already paid for online.
Pros:There was no reservation on the point of pick up!!!!

Cons:I called Payless 15-20 before I was to arrive at the airport. The representive to me they would be there waiting for me once I arrived since they had an off site office. When I arrived there was no Payless shuttle around. I called the office again and notifies them that me and my family we at the drop off waiting. They told me the shuttle was on its way so we waited. 10 minutes went by, then 20,30,40,60!!! A whole hour went by and no shuttle, I kept calling the office and by this time they had refused to answer my calls repeatedly. I ended up having to rent from another rental and having to pay more. I am really disappointed in the way that this situation was handled. I will never use their service in the future.

Cons:The service poor, the insurance with kayak reservation was to expensive (about $900.00dollars total) overall I was not happy, also I lost one of the tire cover and I had to pay to Payless cash there $1,300.00pesos because they said insurance didn't cover it.
Pros:When I arrived to pick up vehicle the Payless Rental Agency had no office inside the airport or shuttle that takes you to pick up the office. You have to walk three blocks towards there office!!!! With a family of three small children and four suitcases.....Once I arrived to the office there was a line of about 15 people in front of me, which was not a problem because it was a Friday and I could understand the rush. Once it was my turn after one hour and half of waiting they informed me that the vehicle I had requested was not available even though I had reserved it with more than a week of anticipation. That they could offer me a regular car but that it would cost me about double what the original reservation would be. They informed me that because I did not do the reservation directly with them that I had to call you're office to change anything ……..I tried many times calling you're office but with no luck...….This has been the worst experience me and my family have had …..We have never been treated like this …...We will never you you're service and will definitely recommend to any one we know or meet never to use this service ever.

Cons:They didn’t have any car available at the time I reached the car rental office. They even told me that my only solution was to go to other car rental companies, however same day reservations are usually more expensive. I found another place nearby from the company Mex Rent a Car, however I had to Pay more than double the price of what I reserved on Payless. I will never choose Payless again.
Pros:Quoted price... But was not given that option
Cons:I reserved my car days in advance. Reserved a full size or larger in order to take 5 passengers plus luggage on a trip. Got to airport and was told they had "been busy today", and would not have my car until the following Monday. I was offered a much smaller car at 8 times the price, or nothing. I had to get an Uber to my hotel, and rented the last car Avis de Mexico had or my trip would have been ruined. Reservation is obviously useless. Cost me $180 for the same $25 reservation, but at least I was able to rent a vehicle that had room.
Cons:Arrived at location and nothing was ready. At the time of arrival the gentleman began to explain the rental charges and he was trying to force all these additional charges and coverages. He was trying to charge more for coverages than what they had posted in the pamphlets they had on the desk. When confronted he changed the rates to semi match what it should be. After that was settled they tried to take a ridiculous amount for deposit. Ended up leaving the rental place without a car as they were too shady.
Pros:Nothing what i expected, terrible service and hidden charges, not the price they say it is.
