Hi We recently rented a RAM pick up truck. We were charged for fuel but when we received it only had a half tank. Can you please arrange for the fuel charge to be reimbursed?

After a long wait time, the associate try to scam us into buying a full package of additional insurance for $150+ without ever mentioning it at all. Be aware!! Ask questions! Double check your bill!! Don’t just sign anything!

Car was a mess inside and out. They wouldnt take pictures of everything to show the damage before we took the car - told us to take pictures and video. That was strange.

I paid extra for a hybrid only to be told they don’t carry them & couldn’t make an adjustment to my reservation for the difference. My wife left her sunglasses case in the door upon checkout. We’ve called & opened a ticket but not a single response.

Terrible customer service, no one answers the phone. And they stiffed me with an additional charge of $80 out of the blue. They suck.

Our first car had a broken key fob. Returned it and they tried to give me a smaller car that didn't fit everything we had to carry. Had to push for what I rented (mid-sized SUV) but was eventually acommodated. Car was nice, new and clean. Only other issue was the toll pass, they charged me $29 in convenience fees for $16 worth of tolls which is ridiculous.
