I did not rent from dollar I rented from priceless ! It was the worst experience I’ve had and will never trust them or kayak again for the hidden fees and misinformation you guys should be ashamed to steal from people this way

Awful. My father had a heart attack and I wasted hours trying to change the reservation. I finally gave up and rented a car for the adjusted dates from Budget. I also requested a refund or credit and no one bothered responding. I’ll never use Dollar again.

Everything was great- the car was in excellent condition and the service was smooth. The only small point to mention is that the wait time at the airport pickup was a bit longer due to high demand. But that’s completely understandable and shows how popular Dollar is. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience.
