Cons: I forgot to re full the car with gas and I found they charged me $9.99 for gallon and that too much and I asked them if I can go and refill the car by my slef to avoid that they said the account has been closed that was not nice at all and I had time to do that cause I dropped off the car two hours early and they still saying no you can't do that and I don't know why they charge $9.99 for the gallon it is ripping me off

PSA: BNA rentals, go to the Pick Up / Drop Off out
Pros: Everything but the pickup was excellent. Price was great, car was great, drop-off was great, etc.
Cons: Originally the flight was scheduled to land at 10:30 PM but was unfortunately delayed. We called the service line to inform them of this...thinking our flight would land before midnight (the posted closing time). We landed a couple of minutes before midnight and called the service line as soon as we landed. After sitting on hold for a few minutes, we were informed that the location was closed. Despite this, we went to the Rental Car area...the alternative was spending the night in BNA until the 6:00 am opening time. There was no one at the Dollar counter, as expected since they were closed, but we started to ask other rental agents if they had any open rentals...all were sold out. Thankfully, one of the agents was a little more inquisitive and asked if we had any rental and we told them about the Dollar rental we had. He then informed us that Dollar really wasn't closed, we just had to go out of the terminal to the pickup area. So I went to the pickup area and thankfully a man came about 10 minutes later and was able to give me the car so we could continue our journey, rather than sleep in BNA. So in conclusion...and not sure if this is common knowledge...if you have a prior rental agreement with an agency, consider going outside to the pickup area as a last resort.

Pros: the car was awesome. We had no problems with it.
Cons: I didn't like the representative that took care of us. I felt that I did not trust him. I was told that I was going to be held a $350.00 deposit to my credit card until we returned the vehicle because I did not purchase the insurance through your company.

Pros: People were friendly and respectful
Cons: The car i got was dirty and had a film on the inside of the windows that made it hard to see at night. I had to have the car professionally cleaned so i wouldn't get in an accident.

Dollar Nashville Airport
Cons: The Dollar representative at the Nashville Airport was an absolute jerk. We did not get the car we were suppose to get and he was nasty about it.

Pros: The reserving process was user friendly.
Cons: The person at the pick-up desk seemed put out based on whether or not I added anything to my rental which made the experience unpleasant. However the person who r ceived the car upon drop off was fine. The car itself was a Kia Sportage which was fine except that the passenger seat is very low and can't be adjusted.

Pros: Good mileage car. Agent was friendly and car was clean.
Cons: While I did reserve a generic vehicle a subcompact seemed a bit less than generic. Car was too small. And not much power. And when I was assigned a car it was a wild card, which means whatever is left at end of day.

Cons: Very unorganized and overpriced in the end. $10 per gallon for gas if it wasn't filled up. I won't use them again.

Pros: Once I got the paperwork, it went very smooth.
Cons: Wish they were open earlier, I had to wait 45 mins for them to open after landing from my red eye. Not their fault at all, I should've checked the hours more closely.

Pros: All the customer representatives I dealt with were very nice. Car was good, and the price was terrific.
Cons: There were only 2 people working at the pickup desk in Nashville, even though there were around 10 people in line. Only after about 30 minutes did a third employee emerge to open up a third station. At the same time, the self-service kiosk was not working.

Pros: Pick up at the airport was quick. I like being able to pick out the car I want. The car was in good condition and everything worked! I appreciate that so much. Returning the car was simple.

Pricing & charge discrepancy
Pros: That the situation was resolved rather painlessly, however it did cost me additional time. Find a way to better sync up quotes and itineraries.
Cons: Upon pick-up, my rental charges did not match my booking quote. Took longer than anticipated to get my vehicle and get to where I needed to be. Upon drop-off, mt invoice did not match my booking quote, and had I been in a rush or not paying attention, I would've been charged 5x what my rate should've been.

Pros: Car was nice and clean and a very nice car for the price.
Cons: Didn't like the location for pickup and the sign needs to be seeable, very small. For a first time renter, I felt like I go no assistance.

Pros: It was a new car so it performed as a new car should.
Cons: It was uncomfortable and noisy and in my opinion overpriced, The process at the pickup counter took too long, over 30 minutes. Also the car was displaying a fault that prevented some of the security and safety equipment from working properly. I had to troubleshoot the fault myself from the owner's manual and make the corrections in the fuse panel to make everything operate as it should.

Pros: I rented minivan. They didn't have minivan. And then I had to wait till weekday to call to cancel. Counter agent can't cancel right there and then. On phone, i had to spend 45 minutes to cancel. And I still don't know if this was successfully cancelled or not.

Cons: The reservation was for mid siize sedan. When I arrived, I was told I would pay extra for each day for the car I reserved versus a smaller car. I did not have time to push the issue. The reservation quote versus what I paid was incorrect.

Cons: Price charged did not match the price from on-line reservation. It claimed extra $15 more tax, though the reservation confirmation said that the price includes tax.

Pros: I really liked that I booked a compact car and then received a small SUV for the same price!
Cons: The distance of walking in Nashville from the desk to the car, it would be awesome if Kayak could work out a deal to use the rewards member pick up areas at airports.

Pros: We landed at 9 pm thinking we had a rental. They were closed because they had given our car away (we found out from the next door rental service). We later had to pay $400 for what was a $30 initial rental.

Heavy tobacco smoke smell
Cons: The car was supposed to be a non-smoking car, but reeked of a heavy smoker. It was the only compact on the lot so we had no choice but to take it.

Great Choice, Great Price
Pros: I read some reviews that made me nervous I was going to have a hard time, but it ended up being a good choice for me. I picked up my car in Memphis, and returned it after driving to Nashville. In both places, I found friendly staff, short lines, enough cars to choose from, car was in great condition and very clean, and a super easy return process. And all for a really great price.
Cons: nothing - my experience went very smoothly.
