Cons:Catania Hertz took over 1.15 hours to process paperwork. Then, they assignd car with mechanical issues. More waiting, then they assigned a car with less than full gas tank.
Cons:Upon return of the car we were charged 70 euro for supposedly a barely noticeable scratched hubcap. We were not informed or told to check th car before we took it and as a result had no option but to pay this exhorbitant fee for something we had nothing to do with.
Cons:Rented through Kayak. When we got there Dollar was Hertz They tried to up price by 300% claiming that we had ordered lots of insurance, despite our having the message stating total price.

Cons:We had to wait almost 2 hours for the car The car was extremely dirty, full of dust and hairs We reserved for €420 we ended paying €650 without insurance, just local taxes..... they told us, we even have the car full of diesel if we didn't would be €159 more We reserved a Mercedes we were given a ford. Not luxury at all.
