Cons:Vehicle wasn’t as big as we asked for. They had nothing bigger. We ended up with suitcases on our laps......
Cons:Car was dirty. Inside and out.
Pros:The line at MCI was short because there were 4 customer service agents working the desk. They were professional and courteous!
Pros:Rep was very friendly, especially for rental car agencies. The last one I dealt with at a different company was very unhappy that I was there. The car was fantastic; it was new with less than 5k miles, no problems, and good gas mileage since it was a hybrid.
Cons:The pickup line took a really long time considering how few people were in line. The rep was very friendly, but misled on the insurance options, which I didn't realize until she gave me the final price. Then when I questioned it she took off the insurance and it was just $10 more than the online reservation showed so I called it close enough.
Pros:Cool air and easy to drive. The employee at the counter was friendly and the lady in the parking lot was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:Wouldn't have preferred the Kia I planned over Dodge that I got. Insurance expensive. My son didn't think his policy covered rentals, so we took it. But cost as much as the rental for the 3 days.
Pros:Tires were low - had to take time to fill them in cold weather. Ice scraper blade broken - had to buy one to use. Windshield washer did not work, so 20 minute warmups. Bought windshield cleaner and towels so could see thru windshield. Lots of time wasted in very cold weather that was predicted days in advance...... Rental could have been much better.
Pros:everything seemed to going well until upon my returned checked the invoice that was emailed to me for the summary of charges. I was shocked to discover a 300 dollar extra fee charged to my credit card. when inquiring what it was for with the company I was informed it was for smoking in the vehicle. I denied this stating that while 3 of the four of us were indeed smokers the 4th party was not and in fact allergic to smoke and therefore we could not have ever smoked in the car. there claim was that the smoke on our clothing may have caused the odor and i would have to pay the charge. Not once was the car smoked in ever and I am having to protest this charge with my bank at present.All three other passengers can attest to the fact the can was not in any way smoked in. I have called the rental company who had said they would call me within 48 hrs of my complaint after verifying with the drop off at the airport. it has now been a week without a reply from them. After some searching on the internet if appears that this is a common complaint with this company. After speaking to my bank they also verified that yes indeed it's not an uncommon complaint that these charges get added on to unsuspecting customers who drop off a vehicle before the office opens and can receive an inspection before boarding a flight. I'm quite upset.
