Cons:Could not change the reservation. Issue with dollars website. Issue to find the office in barcelona

Pros:Everything was ok, i guess. The value for money was good but we rented for 13 days and they gave us a car with 450 km till service check
Cons:They should tell the customers the amount blocked for the car before renting not after ,the adresses of pickup/dropoff should be 100% accurate and they should answer the phone!

Pros:Onde I got to the counter, attendand and process were quick and easy. Good value.
Cons:Poor information on location for pickoff. It should be included in the voucher. Poor info on refueling otpions on dropoff.

Cons:staff insisting all our credit cards were debit cards thus informing us we could not rent a car. after much discussion they let us rent a car 'as exception'. poor attitude + system failure = negative experience.
