Cons:Kayak described a car that could fit 3 suitcases and four passenger. However, the car was a Hyundai hatchback that could barely fit a suitcase in the mini-trunk. Dollar employee "upgraded" me to a Mazda 3

Pros:Not convenient if your not flying in to airport.
Cons:Extra fees because of location at airport cause this rental to be good not great. Along with extension cost was so over the top that I returned the vehicle and rented elsewhere for half the price.

Pros:The minimum expected from renting a car. Nothing outstanding, literally.
Cons:I rented an SUV which was not available when I arrived. I ended up with an under-class car and then they charged me 10% more with no explanation. This was prepay. Deceptive tactics hoping the customer will not complain.

Pros:Not enough staff working. Waited an hour in line for a rental I had reserved several weeks in advance. Additionally, I was double charge. I am currently working on how to correct this.
