9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful view of the harbour from our room. Appreciate the amenities like the coffee machine, fruits, etc.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed five days. It was fantastic. Very spacious room with a lot comfort (fireplace, large balcony, swimming pool, terrific breakfast) and a wonderful view over the bay. Furthermore, the Hamptons are around the corner. Bottom line: Hampton comfort without the Hampton prices. Highly recommended!
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Kenny and Kelly are outstanding hosts with the kindness and attention every B&B owner should show. For a young couple, with an adorable son, and well mannered black lab, they displayed maturity and experience beyond their years. They went out of their way to make our , anniversary stay, very special. The home is one of our favorites we’ve stayed at to date. It is in a quiet neighborhood where a boat, kayak, launch sits a short walk away. It is very close to beaches, restaurants and the Tanger outlets. We watched the sunset from our Master room’s private balcony. The grounds were immaculately groomed, and we enjoyed the peacefulness of sitting on the deck sipping our morning coffee, while watching a variety of birds flit by. The large swimming pool is surrounded by stunning foiliage and landscaping. Pictures do not do it justice. Each room of the home is beautifully decorated with their personal touch. Since we were the only guests for the evening, we were spoiled and privileged to have our Keto breakfast made by Kenny, enjoying eating breakfast with them and excellent conversations. For those who enjoy style and comfort without the pretentious feel that many upscale stays have, then A Victorian B&B by the Bay is for you. We definitely will be back.

4.3 Okay
Pros: Nice location
Cons: When arriving, we were "greeted" by a large dog who began bumping us and licking legs. (gross) The young lady we spoke with was cordial, but did not specify any time for breakfast. Our room was fine, although a young child was running around making noise later at night. The grounds could be beautiful, but the lawn needed mowing, and apparently the landscaper doesn't own a weed whacker. The signs in the parking lot were for each room, were broken or hanging upside down. The parking lot had empty soda cans laying around. All little stuff, but showed a lack of attention. In the morning, we went down for breakfast at 8am. Again the young lady greeted us and asked. "Is there anything I can get you?" I asked for "coffee" and was informed, "I haven't had time to put a pot on, you can use the Keurig. Breakfast isn't until nine, I have to get my son to day care." We left and drove to Westhampton for breakfast. When we got back after 9am, there still wasn't any coffee or an offer of breakfast. Not a horror story, but definitely disappointing for $250 a night. We travel to Long Island several times a year, but will never stay there again.
