9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was fantastic and VERY accommodating! Loved our stay.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful setting with a balcony.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location in middle of Woodinville wine tasting and across the street more or less from chateau St Michelle where our concert was. On site restaurants although very expensive are worth one evening for the stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely be going back if going to another concert.
Cons: No real negative stuff to say except restaurant was pricey but good food
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely inn with beautiful regional art and garden spaces. Excellent staff: all were helpful and friendly. Quality live music in bar area in evening. Restaurant Barking Frog had great patio and excellent food but somewhat slow service when busy. (It's very popular) Very convenient to biking/walking path, numerous wine tasting rooms and other eateries in Woodinville. Short walk to the hilarious Teatro Zin Zanni under the 100 year old big top.
Cons: Can't think of anything!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location to winery for concert, as well as great facility and friendly staff. The room was outstanding and great for relaxation and enjoyment. We loved the soaking tub and quietness of the room! Many thanks...will be back!
Cons: No complaints...perfect!
7.9 Good
Cons: The food from Barking Frog was inconsistent.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I think the property was in a good location. The lodge is beautiful and the room was nice and clean. If I was to offer a bit of advice, it would be to update the bathroom to match the overall lodge look and the room itself. With that said, it wasn't horribly outdated and the soak in tub was fabulous. I'd go again and maybe enjoy some wine!
Cons: Update the bathroom just a little bit.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everyone on the staff was so friendly. Beautiful grounds. Great location.
Cons: Our room was located by the fireside grill and was a little noisy in the evening.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful, comfortable, romantic rooms and location. Staff was excellent as was the food.
Cons: Need more bath towels in room, please.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about this hotel is amazing! From the complimentary wine while checking in, to the pet friendly amenities- I was impressed with it all! Me and my husband live 20 minutes away but feel like we are vacation every time we stay here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the hospitality and the quality service. The room was great - cozy and very romantic!! Perfect for the occasion.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff here is incredibly friendly, even for an expensive hotel. They go above and beyond what one would normally expect. Very dog friendly too, a huge plus for us. When we checked in they delivered a dog bed and bowls to our room, very cool!
Cons: Construction at 8am on a Sunday? Surely that couldn't wait for midday during the week...really frustrating given how much you pay for this experience. Only complaint I've got though, this place is amazing.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect, the staff was helpful, it was not crowded, easy parking, excellent service.
Cons: No
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, amazing beds & pillows, very clean!
Cons: The only thing is that the bath tub seems very dangerous to get in & out. That should have a grab bar on the side & a anti slipping surface at the bottom.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Ideally located
7.9 Good
Pros: Location right on the water, peaceful, clean and comfortable.
Cons: Few staff weren’t the nicest people, rude ok phone when I called down for a clothes iron.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Incredible water view, nice room, beautiful bathrooms, wonderful lobby spaces, "Raid the Pantry" at night, restaurants on site
Cons: We were charged an "amenity fee" of $15 plus tax when we checked out. They very nicely explained that it was for free coffee in the lobby, newspapers, apples, etc. I don't think that was appropriate given the price of staying there.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We had lunch in the Beach Cafe. It was great.
Cons: I did not like that we had to pay 23.00 to park
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very attentive to our needs, and met personal requests to make the stay special for our aniversary.
Cons: The parking situation left a lot to be desired. The second day of the stay there was a wedding scheduled. Even though I prepaid for parking I had to drive around the garage for about ten minutes before finding a parking stall that was open.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the view and location
Cons: Only complaint was no hot water in the morning for showrrs
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Being able to kayak and location on the lake
Cons: Was woken up at 2am by a lady screaming at her drunk husband and then punching each other throwing things I had to call the hotel front desk that called security. Screaming did not stop for about an hour so I did not sleep at all

6.7 Good
Pros: There was an employee named Matt who parked our car, brought our luggage to the room and was the best person here. He did it all for us... great employee.
Cons: Check in at 3:30PM. We arrived at 4:00pm and our room wasnt ready. They checked us in and said they upgraded us to a suite. She said it had two beds like i had reserved. It did not have two beds just one. Very Disappointed. There were 5 other guests who checked in while we did and not one of them had to wait for their room... disappointed to say the least.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The gym was amazing and open 24hrs. The staff at check in was friendly. I had one good meal at Hearth (salad with steak - all incredible). The room was clean and nice. The location was great - we were able to walk everywhere and didn't need to use our car. The French pressed coffee in the room was delicious. We were able to check in earlier than expected. I like that the check out time is noon. I also liked the glass bottles of water in our room. We had a nice balcony and view from our room as well.
Cons: 1) no one on staff told us we had to use our room key to use the elevators. We thought they were broken until we figured it out on our own. 2) no one on staff told us that in order to get your room serviced, there was a special button to push inside your room. 3) we had to wait half an hour to get our car from valet at checkout because they had misplaced our car keys 4) my friend had and I had a meal at the hotel's restaurant called Hearth. My friends' meal and drink were terrible. The BLT sandwich bread was too soft, the bacon was also too soft, cut too thick, and was way too smokey. The drink from the bar was absolutely terrible (don't remember the name but was served in a bird shaped mug). The waitress apologized for the meal and drink tasting so bad, but did not take them off the bill, or consult with a manager. 5) I wish someone would have told me about the gym upon arrival and where it was located.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was super clean and the location is amazing!
Cons: I wish there had been a hot tub!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very dog friendly! Great staff in hotel and restaurant. Comfortable room with all high end toiletries. Wonderful location for walking around Kirkland.
Cons: Would have been nice to have the option of self parking although we still would have chosen valet.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We stay at the Heathman every time we visit Kirkland. The service is second-to-none. The rooms are nicely appointed, spacious, and comfortable.
Cons: The only issue was loud, rude, inconsiderate neighbors in the room next to ours.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful and spacious rooms. And the entire staff was warm and welcoming. Excellent location, too, for downtown Kirkland.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Quality of decor
Cons: Valet parking is only option makes amount of time from leaving room to driving away from hotel uncertain.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice all around fun atmosphere.
Cons: A 20 minute wait at the restaurant ended up being an hour. We love the food and the staff is friendly but it always takes a long time to get service even once seated. It seems that an increase in restaurant staff is needed. We missed the brewery tour because of the time it took waiting for the server to return with our lunch ticket. We can appreciate the linger and relax as in Europe vibe but time is also very precious when you only have one day to vacation.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendliness of the staff.
Cons: Prices for everything seemed high
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The robes were an unexpected luxury and much appreciated after a very wet evening at an off site concert. Property and gardens are fabulous; the reclaimed materials used throughout create an unusual visual interest. A veritable eclectic mix of a century plus and many secluded areas to respite and enjoy.
Cons: In our brief stay, nothing comes to mind.
7.9 Good

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed, good pillow selection, very clean bathroom, great breakfast, great exercise room
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Hotel unique to the NW. Great food and drink options in a hotel experience.
Cons: Noise is a problem in an old building. When making renovations, noise cancelation needs to be a greater priority.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was great, we went to the ZZtop concert. The facilities were nice, lots to do before and after the show.
Cons: Maybe more insulation between floors, you could hear kids jumping around. Same thing between the rooms.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Restaurant is awesome.
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Quirky and fun. Good food and drinks abound.
Cons: Room was a little dusty and no vent in bathroom.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: All food and drinks good. Coffee very good. Nice bed.
Cons: Attention to cleaning bathroom, replacing towels, and vacuuming floor.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff at check in were terrific. Explanation of the property and welcoming attitude. Property is in great location, room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the historical aspect of the property.
Cons: Walls were a little thin, could hear neighbors.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Shannelle at reception did an incredible job (double shift on Saturday - don't know how she did it with a smile for 12-16 hours )
Cons: Breakfast was pretty good but could have had a bit more variety (fresh fruit, more than one egg choice etc) but overall not bad at all
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The property location was very close to the activities in Woodinville. It was also easy to get to downtown Seattle, along with other areas of the Seattle suburbs. The only downside was being so close to the highway, there was some road noise.
Cons: The road noise as noted above.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Newer property but still very well taken care of. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: Lack of drawers (we were there for a week). Also the "Micro Market" was way over - priced (no vending machines)! $4.00 for a bottle of Coke and $3.00 for a bag of chips is way past sensible.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect for my needs and the facility was clean, quiet and very nicely appointed.
Cons: My first impression was a phone call I made to indicate I would be late in arriving. "Brian" answered and was less than enthusiastic to receive my call. Upon check-in, he was a bit arrogant and condescending. He was my first impression of this property and not what I had expected. This is unfortunate because the rest of the staff was very nice and friendly.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room is fairly new and was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was good and the unit included a full-service kitchen that was stocked with all the cooking and eating utensils. The parking lot and surrounding area were very well lit. The heat/AC was fairly quiet and the room was in a quiet location. Separate shower and vanity areas so two people can get ready easily in the am. Easy access to freeways, restaurants, and the mall.
Cons: The fireplace did not work well. You had to have the door open a bit to get enough draft to have the smoke go up the chimney (yes, I make sure the damper was wide open). It was 35 degrees outside, so we had to put the fire out. No big deal.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfort and cleanliness
9.2 Excellent
Cons: A little noisy. My husband was a little cold so he turned up the heat and the furnace noise kept me awake much of the night. Also sleep disturbing: refrigerator noise, ice maker noise, garbage trucks in the early AM.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Good staff, fair location for shopping but too far from town and airport. Breakfast quite limited choice.

Cons: A little out of my price range. A coupon would be nice!!!

Pros: Everything was great. Good value. Nice place
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean. Modern. Quiet neighborhood -- only white noise from the freeway. Nice park two blocks away.
Cons: Private bathroom.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet adult setting in a quite neighborhood
Cons: Other guests are loud after 10 pm, which the owners can't control.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: location is great
Cons: since most of the rooms share bathrooms, bath towel racks in each room would be a great added feature
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Sparkling clean, in a great location. Very quiet most of the time.
Cons: Other guests slammed their doors, waking me up. No air conditioner, it was just a little bit too warm even with the fan. Still a great value, only minor inconveniences. Will definitely return again
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, spacious.
Cons: Not much by way of condiments. Appreciated the coffee, no slat and pepper was a bummer. We should have brought it I know but it's just such things the BNB usually remembers. Fans were noisier than the car nose so we slept with our windows open.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness.
Cons: 1 or 2 bottles of water per night for the guest would be nice.
7.1 Good
Pros: Quiet neighborhood. House is new and clean.
Cons: No nearby restaurants. Not really a place for walking. Some I-5 freeway noise - more like "white noise". Took a few tries to get the door lock to work - takes a few seconds to unlock. Lockbox for door key was a bit tricky to open.
7.5 Good
Pros: It was very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Easy instructions to find the place and get in. Every room had its own key box lock.
Cons: I wish they would’ve been more clear about how many rooms were there all together (8 rooms). And how many bathrooms the 8 rooms had to share (3). So we booked 3 rooms and the people from abroad felt quite uncomfortable because there were a lot of people they didn’t know at all living in the same house sharing a bathroom like that. It’s quite far from groceries, mini mart or where the customers can buy water or food. Especially if they are traveling into from abroad without a car. And when you come from abroad you have a lot of luggage so the room became super small for all the luggage they had. I wish they’d be more clear about all the rooms shared and bathrooms. Nice and clean but definitely will not be back.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfortable. Good kitchen facilities, including fridge space guests can use. Fast, secure WiFi. Choice of rooms with or without private bathroom.Quiet, shaded neighborhood location. Good instructions on self-check-in and key/access to building and room.
Cons: No aircon during a heat wave. No seating area (in common area or room) except large dining table and desk in room. Bedroom had ceiling light but no standing or table lamps. Staff, when present for morning cleaning, spoke limited English, though telephone help was fine.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: My overall experience was very pleasant. Pleased with the cleanliness of my room.
Cons: My only negative observation was room service dishes being in the walkway/hallway from the time I checked in until the time I left. The same room, and same dishes were never picked up.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The bedding and mattress were outstanding. My typically achey back felt great! The breakfasts were exceptional too: great omelets and potatoes.
6.3 Good
Cons: The shower head was loose and came off with a little bit of manipulation and once spilled over water outside of the shower when it came off.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are large and very comfortable. Breakfast would have been better had there been bacon not just sausage.
Cons: I actually can not think of anything I did not like now that the renovations have finally been completed.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was okay. The staff was super polite.
Cons: There were dead bugs in the bathroom and pee on the toilet seat which I had to clean. Also Cobwebs behind and on sides of furniture which my toddler got all into. Also couldn't check in until 6 even though I got there a little after 4 because they said they were still cleaning.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was nice and comfy. There was a tiny bit of confusion at check in, but it was little complication.
Cons: I do wish there was a way for places to notify us about pool construction, or anything that may effect the pool area. I pick places based on there being an indoor pool, because I like to get in the water on my vaca’s. There was construction in the pool area. The first night would have permitted me to swim, but it didn’t open til the next day.

Cons: They weren’t very clear on the continental breakfast. There was your typical make your own waffles, cereal ect, but after serving ourselves we found there is an $8 charge per plate. Pros: I had a class at the hotel and we had to be there by 9am... but our check in was 4pm. They accomadated my husband and I well more thanI expected by having our room ready for him to access shortly after 10a. Also our bed was so comfortable and the eggs were some of the best Ive had at a hotel before. The staff were all so friendly. The whole facility was so clean.....I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone....
