Cons:The care was absolutely filthy It smelled and it wasn’t clean whatsoever
Cons:Scott was great staff
Pros:Both the pick-up and drop-off were really easy. Even returning the car very early to SeaTac airport went well since there were several associates available to assist (at 3:30am!). I got a free upgrade to a larger vehicle as well. The associates at the pick-up location were also very helpful.
Cons:It was too bad that dropping the car off at a different location than pick-up had to cost $50.
Pros:I liked booking through Kayak. Very easy.
Cons:The agent charged me for insurance coverage I didn't want or need without telling me or offering me a chance to decline. As a result, I was charged more than promised.
Cons:Everett office was closed after the booking was made and National refused to honor the reservation at nearby rental locations. National never notified me of the closure and I only found out when I tried to call the office. A new booking with a different agency had to be made on short notice at thrice the cost. Extremely bad customer service!
Cons:I didn’t even get the car! I called and requested it for the airport and it was in a different city putting me and my 5 travelers in an extremely bad position and work no vehicle
