Pros:
Both the pick-up and drop-off were really easy. Even returning the car very early to SeaTac airport went well since there were several associates available to assist (at 3:30am!). I got a free upgrade to a larger vehicle as well. The associates at the pick-up location were also very helpful.Cons:
It was too bad that dropping the car off at a different location than pick-up had to cost $50.6.0 Okay

Nothing!Cons:
Everett office was closed after the booking was made and National refused to honor the reservation at nearby rental locations. National never notified me of the closure and I only found out when I tried to call the office. A new booking with a different agency had to be made on short notice at thrice the cost. Extremely bad customer service!2.0 Poor
