Pros:The staff called me just a few hours before my rental to inform me that they had no vehicles available except for one van I asked if they could give me the Vin for the price of my reservation and they said no so I was unable to get to the places I needed to this weekend with my family.Cons:They shouldn’t have had vehicles available on their website if they weren’t really available. And if they are going to cancel someone’s reservation they should at least first offer the vehicle that you have for the same price of the reservationReviewed Jul 21 2020

Good servicePros:3rd time renting.. all good, thank youCons:No reflection on enterprise.. The Nissan was a very nice rental. The Chevy was ok but sad that its not that nice of a car despite being newer. Wouldnt even charge my phone.. No where near as nice as the nissan(altima?).Reviewed Sep 7 2018

Pros:Very friendly, polite. Internet lines were down so when I found out the car smelled of cigarettes, they couldn't exchange it.Cons:The car didn't have a full tank if gas, the outside was dirty, and had been smoked in.Reviewed Oct 13 2017
